      The leads are mediocre. The customer support is a joke. Even when you sign up, and pay up-front, you'll see that Networx is trying to milk companies for as much as possible. Leads are sold to numerous companies, at once, while you'll continue to get ads for "Opportunities." Basically, you wait days for leads that you already paid for - while seeing leads be sold elsewhere as "opportunities." In two weeks, we got 5 leads. Half of them didn't qualify, while we got "8 opportunities" to purchase within 1 day? We have about $700 in our budget and can't even see a normal lead come through. When calling, I got a rude/useless **** I asked to speak with a manager, and still haven't been contacted by "****." *************

      I had personally only had use Networx since I started running on my own,they always answer me questions and help me understand the professional view/understanding of the over all ************* anywhere else some rainy days and sunny days, dedication and communication will be key.-***** P

      Absolute worst investment one can make with hard earned money.I was given two different answer about how to have my money refunded. One person said they could, the other said they couldn't, but would give the rest back to me in leads. The following Monday they set my status to "Not Taking New Work" therefore completely cutting me off from receiving leads even with the remaining 300 plus dollars in my account. My account wouldnt have even been billed again if LITERALLY the last 8 leads hadn't been inconclusive/disconnected or flat out bogus numbers. All of those leads ***** dollars a piece. Complete scam and waste of time.

      Warning About Networx Misleading Claims Even Before Signing Up I didnt even sign up with Networx I was just browsing their site and checking out what they offer. Right away, I saw very questionable claims, like 53 leads looking for Snow Removal pros in your area last month. The problem? Im in *******, where snow doesnt exist.This raises serious doubts about the accuracy of their marketing. If theyre already showing fake or irrelevant data before you even join, I can only imagine how it works once you start paying.I would be very careful with platforms like this. Do your research, read real reviews, and dont trust the numbers they show at face value. It feels more like a trap to get contractors to sign up and pay for leads that may not even be real.

      ************ is absolutely awful for contractors. Out of 10 leads they send you, 1 might answer their phone... I had one lady never answer her phone but would text and say that she needed her roof done and expected it to be done for free cause that's what Networx told her... I have had leads where the address didn't even exist... Every time I would call to report any of this to Networx, the customer service was rude, argumentative, and not willing to compromise... On top of this, my rates per lead increased exponentially, bogus leads were sent and essentially I just threw away money to this company... When my account hit $86 I called them and told them that I did not wish for them to take any more money out of my account (because they sent me an email saying that more money was going to be pulled from my bank account)... Instead of granting me my request to stop money from being pulled from my bank, they completely kicked me out of Networx and deactivated my account... ************ is worse then Home Advisors and ********** I would not advise anyone to invest into this company.

      Networx operates as a scam. I spent almost $2000 and did not get any legitimate leads. Some of the so-called customers never answered or returned calls. Some said that they do not know what Im talking about as they did not request leads. They are just taking your money and care nothing about you. **************** *****. I complained several times and they had no resolution to my issues.

      The most horrible costumer service I ever ************** not want to return funds after 3 days of cancellation.That against the law btw. There is 3 business days for cancel although I didnt signed anything Sending fake leads and talking disrespectful Do not come close to this company !

      This customer signed up through our online platform and requested to cancel his account after three days because he didn't agree to the billing policy, which is clearly presented in the signup process and outlines how funds are allocated. During a phone conversation, a Networx representative explained the companys billing policy and asked how the customer would like to proceed. The customer wanted to cancel his account and agreed to receive leads with the money he paid. The call concluded on that agreement.
      At no point during communication with us was lead quality mentionedthe customer's stated concern was related to the billing policy, not the quality of our product.

      I used this company for 10 years and for the most part they treated us fair until I signed up with them again to provide leads. I was provided over $300 dollars in bad leads such as not the homeowner, I do not do this type of work, or out of my radius. I am paid $400.00 and am due $303.00. I tried several times to contact Networx to get my money, and they just refuse to give me my money and closed my account down because I threatened to sue. What a joke of a company and should be closed.
