      It's a scam been with them 5 yrs and most of the time I kept my account paused, they have gotten extremely worse in the last two yrs. The majority of the leads (about 85 to 95%) are unresponsive or uncertain and will waste your money and your time. I've recently found out that they themselves get their leads from a third party source meaning that whenever I did reach some homeowners they never heard of Networxs and put an inquiry online. They sale these bogus leads to three different people this is a scam don't use them

      Unprofessional the guy tell me after going back and forth that, you don't have any money lol. But this company charges for leads you don't even get a response from. I told them about another company that did the same thing, they was charging me for leads that I wasn't even getting after they send it to multiple companies. They admit they sent it to 3 other companies and I took too long to respond but I still got charged for it so I canceled the service right away after 4 days. 8 leads with 2, out of the scope of work I do, so i didn't call, 1 that i set an appointment with, three didn't need my service and two that didn't even pickup and $303 they trying to charge me. I guess I wouldn't have any money if I'm paying a company to rob me.

      We are sorry to hear our service did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your account we see that you enrolled in our Post-Pay Per Lead plan. If you received any potentially bad leads we are happy to investigate them and credit them accordingly. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to do that as you chose to close your account with us. As of this time you have not paid for any of the leads you received as the payment method you provided is non-working.

      I'm not big on pointing out people downfalls, but this place isn't right. Charge you for fake leads that don't call back or answer. Charge $60-70 per lead they send you and tell you if you don't call twice and text, they won't credit leads. Here is there credit policy : The following situations are accounted for in our lead pricing and are therefore not eligible for lead credits:Consumer already found someone to complete the work.Consumer changed their mind.Consumer is just "shopping".You did not win the job.You contact us more than ******************************************************* ****** terms. Send us your money and if we feel good today we might credit you for a fake lead...

      I've been charged for leads I never reviewed and besides one person who does there job I get the run around alot of the leads are not real leads they just told me because I'm not prepay I won't get the same good leads and when I mention some ppl live in apartments and don't need service they will still make you pay for those leads

      This company stole $3+k from me, be careful with this company, they give you fake leads and charge your account without consent, worst experience ever, I file a compliant already for this matter, real thieves!!!

      Dont loose your time with this. 2/3 of the reviews are complete and utter FAKES and the other 1/3 you cant reach or are just people browsing.

      I was considering hiring this company. I am no stranger to marketing scams for your money. So I did my research (glad I did) I checked the BBB rating & it was horrible. I was told they had an A+BBB rating (Lie No. 1) I also was told they were not working with any other contractors in the ****** area. (Lie no. 2) That's all I needed to know. Thanks All for the posting of the reviews. They are all correct in my eyes. Good Luck Networx, you'll be needing it!

      This company is nothing more than a scam. ********************* with them, dont even waste your time talking to them. They create fake leads and charge you for them. They do occasionally send out a real lead but, its only about 10% of the time. They also find leads elsewhere, send them to you and charge you. I had a gentleman get very upset with me for having his info, stating he never filled out any form. When I contacted Networx they said it was beyond their control. I requested to cancel my account and get a refund. Weeks and several emails later I got a phone call and was told no refunds, EVEN THE UNUSED PORTION OF MY ACCOUNT! I wish I had checked with BBB first.
