1 starI purchased an item online using a Home Depot gift card. The local Home Depot store cancelled the order because its inventory was incorrect and hasn't refunded the order. I called support and wanted to switch the order to a different store. They couldn't and said I would need to wait 10 days for the refund or use other payment. They take your money for 10 days, so I need to use other payment method so they that order plus the money on the gift card. Don't buy HD gift cards or use ************************. The inventory is often wrong, and they don't return your funds in a timely manner, if at all. I call support every day, but you can never get transferred to someone to help.The Home Depot

1 starPaid 600 dollars for what was sold to me as a brand new washer and when I got it home it had a dent in each side and water in the bottom. Clearly it's not new and when we started it it made a loud banging sound and I called the store to tell them and they won't make it right. They said I had to purchase another 9ne and bring the other one back and wait for a credit. I will never buy from them again. Poor customer **********************The Home Depot

1 starI am disgusted with Home Depot and will never shop there again. 3 weeks ago I purchased a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. I was given a delivery date and was told someone would contact me the day before. My appliances were supposed to be delivered yesterday and I received no phone call or email. When I contacted the store I was told my delivery was rescheduled for today. I spoke with the store manager and notified her I had taken the day off to await the delivery and no one had notified me of the change in delivery date. She did offer a small refund since I would now have to take another day off to wait on this delivery. I was told my appliances would be delivered between 10:30 and 2:30. At 9:30 this morning and plain white truck showed up at the bottom of my driveway them turned around and left. When I called the store in ******* again I was told their third party delivery service was afraid to come up my driveway and would not be delivering my appliances today. I've wasted two days waiting and several thousand dollars only to end up with nothing. I will be heading straight over to ****** from now on. Home Depot has lost our businessThe Home Depot

1 starDuring the attempt to install my dishwasher the folks installing it proved they should not be installing dishwasher.They didnt have the right tools or the know how. They couldnt close the water valve to the dishwasher until I had turned it in the right direction and told them which way to turn it to close. Before even removing the bottom plate of the dishwasher so they could see the legs they said the floor was uneven. This was decided before even looking at the bottom. I said they need to remove the bottom plate They didnt have the tools to do that. I provided the tool required. They used the proper tool they said it doesnt work. I used the same tool and removed the bottom plate for them. They still insisted the floor was not even. I went to the counter and asked whom I could speak to complain about something. The person said tell me. After I went through everything, she called another person. I had to follow this person to the back of the store to a desk. She asked me why I was there. I asked didnt the other person explain everything to you she said no. So, I go through everything again. After thinking for a few minutes the person said she has called for a manager. I set and waited 15 minutes but no manager showed up. So, I left.Before I left, I asked when could I get it installed. The person said the people that were there would not come back. I said thats good. Do you have someone else to install it. I got no ********* sum it up. The people to install the dishwasher had no business installing anything. The manager at the Home Depot also had no interest in customer ************************ will write this off as a store that doesnt care about customer ************************ will also write the BBB to inform them of the lack of customer **********************The Home Depot

1 starI have a Kitchen remodeling and installation contract with the company in *********, ******** since June 26, 2024. Today is 11/5/24 and my kitchen is still not completed. It is a disastrous experience. Home Depot suppose to provide warranty on contractors they provide if I use their Pro only. I had to reorder kitchen cabinets four times because they delivered the wrong sizes. I am still missing the last cabinet which was reordered 10/24/24 waiting to be delivered. My kitchen is in mess for three months and cannot be used because of the ongoing renovation. The Pro who was recommended by Home Depot in ******** who had to do the counter tops did a mistake in the order and installed two different sizes butcher block countertops. She charged me the full amount for labor and now I am waiting for the Pro to fix the mistake. The Home Depot's contract states that they guarantee a quality work by their Pro and suppose to provide warranty on the work. My kitchen renovation is disastrous and I need help!The Home Depot

1 starI signed up for a shower replacement at Home Depot through Statewide Remodeling. The financing was arraigned by applying for a Home Depot credit card. I was told it would be 12 months no interest. I was charged to full amount BEFORE work began shortly after with the destruction of my functioning shower. That was 5 months ago, and it is still not finished. I found out on the first credit card statement, the payment term was 6 months and if not paid in full, I would be charged 23% retroactive interest plus some other fee. What little documentation ********* has supplied is all on Home Depot letterhead. I hope the project is done by time the last payment is due but I'm skeptical.The Home Depot

2 starsFor a first time Home Depot credit card holder, I think someone in their technology department should create a working system to apply their codes. I was jumping through hoops yesterday to apply the discount code, got no help from the 3 people that I spoke to. After the 3rd call I just told them to cancel the card and close the account, goodness, what would I have to go through if I had made the purchase and had a problem and could not get help??The Home Depot

2 starsNo company deserves a 1 or a 5. That's not saying they cant earn a 1 or 5.The reason for the low rating it because I've been shopping loyally at Home Depot for many years, just about the first time they opened their doors in ******, ***However, I've been looking for gun safe and I happen to find 1 I liked on their web sight. I almost bought 1 but the price wasn't right.I called customer ********************** and I told the lady the price showed on their sight as $4570.26. She told me it was not and she said the price was $4970.26. We argued and finally I gave up. I took pictures of my screen and text them to the text line, a man responded and said the same thing the woman said. Even after seeing my pictures he wouldn't believe me and it looked like he was calling me a lyre. The woman before him sure called me 1. Just listen to the recording.I still have all the pictures and I intend to give them to the officials for proof of **** and Switch.I'll be more than happy to share them with anybody.Review fromCarla M

1 starI just received washer and dryer today and already the washer is giving me problems. I was looking for instructions and there is no instructions for the washer left. I have booklets for the dryer and nothing for the washer. Called customer ********************** and spoke with ****** first and then got transferred to ****** who then told me I would have to wait until Friday for Someone to come out which means that would be my 48 hour window. Now I am a first time customer and I am already annoyed. I did make them aware that I have not been able to wash clothes for about a week and a half and I just want to wash my clothes. She kept saying she understands but I beg to differ. Requested to speak with upper management but she kept talking about an appointment for Friday. I am Very much disappointed and dissatisfied with services with Home Depot and GE appliances.The Home Depot
