1 starOn 11/1/24 I wrote a sincere letter of complaint to *** ******, CEO of Home Depot, against one of their ProReferral contractors. Never even received an acknowledgement. Their contractor damaged my toilet when they performed unauthorized work, which ended up costing me $100 to repair. Home Depot stands behind their contractor. I have been a Home Depot customer for dozens of years and have made purchases of over $30,000, including a $12,000 new roof, $1,000 fridge, and a $900 washer, plus all of my other hardware needs. Customer ********************** starts at the top. Home Depot does not value customer loyalty. Not only will I no longer shop at Home Depot, but I have no faith in any warranty they provide. Deckers behavior is shameful and unconscionable. Apparently, ProReferral does not even vet their contractors since they obviously favor the riff raff that they referred to me, even though he has numerous negative reviews all over the internet, including walking off a job in anger. Going forward, I will now be shopping exclusively at *****.The Home Depot

1 starI can not believe the stupidity at this place we purchase a shed on a credit card at a year promotion than after 6 months they jack their payment up and than extend it what a mess than charge me two months of a high percentage what a racket. They are loosing a customer which is sad after they say it was an error .Phone customer ********************** ***** and they pocket money bs.The Home Depot

1 starExtremely bad customer **********************. I have my impact windows install by Home Depot years ago with a life time warranty. One of them busted a couple of month ago and I reached Home Depot customer ********************** for five times, their answers were always someone will be calling you in approximately 48 eight hours, that never happened. Even the supervisor never was reachable or return any of my phone calls.The level of carelessness is extreme that becomes ridiculous or nonsensical.The Home Depot

1 starI recently bought two ring doorbells from this store, and both devices were registered to other users. I spent about four hours, problem-solving with technical support and multiple trips back-and-forth to Home Depot for exchange and finally a return. I spoke with the assistant manager at the store, and her response was very short and she did not seem concerned at all. It appears that the store is either selling used or returned devices where they are being displayed as new. I called Home Depot. Customer support to advise them of what is going on. 1 starI PURCHASE PADDING FOR A RUG AND FOUND OUT SOME HOW I ALSO WAS BILLED FOR A PROTECTION PLAN FOR TWO YEARS. I TRIED TO CANCEL THE PLAN WITH THE 800 NUMBER AND BY THE *****S TO THE ***** ADDRESS BUT IT A MERRY GO ROUND AND NO POSIBLE HELP. BEWARE OF THIS STORE CONDUCT.The Home Depot

1 starI have been redoing my closet for several weeks now. I have gone into Home Depot to buy products for my closet Ive had to run people down to cut wood for me only to be treated mean like Im a problem after weeks of going there they have cut wood incorrectly to the point I had to redo and spend more money when I call store they offered no help told me they dont know managers name and no assistance given. Today I get to last part and after opening closer maid product I find broken clips and no screws. I contacted store who informed me that theres nothing they can do they offered no assistance in me asking what screws to purchase most of unit is put up so its to late to turn back now. The customer service at this location is unacceptable my husband and myself have spent alot of money over the years at this location Im not looking g for monies Im looking for them to make this right. I tried contacting their home office w no one ever answers so that brings me to you all. Very unhappy I will not go to this location or any other Home Depot store until they make this right for me, I have all of my receipts for all of my purchases to date. 1 starWife went to buy me (husband) a Christmas present. (Husky 46-9 drawer/blk) instantly after purchase, she realized she had no way to retrieve aaid item from the store (didn't fit in vehicle) nor did she have funds for shipping. Asked Customer ********************** (****) to initiate a refund. The machine somehow put a wrong card number, but my wife's bank already had put the transaction as pending. After him realizing the card number did not match hers, he threw the receipt at her and called a supervisor (*******) who after listening to the situation, accused my wife of theft with no questions. After childish arguments, no resolution was reached, and my wife had to go pick up our son from school, and **** told her he needed the receipt back. My wife denied handing it back, since it's proof that will be needed for the bank dispute. Thankfully she banks through Navy Federal, so we're sure this will be resolved on our end. Looking at the reviews posted below, this store desperately needs training in customer **********************, as there's no need for escalation if we're all intellectual adults. I'll keep buying chinese knockoffs from **************, they do know customer **********************.The Home Depot

1 starI made a purchase with home depot for carpet installation they sent the wrong carpet. One of the manager at the home depot stated they will do a price match as well at a discounted rate. Which then he said he never said that. When I reached out to corporate they stated they will be able to do some type of compensation, they stated have the installation done then reach out to us so we could fix the issue. They lied no one reached our the closed the case without fixing anything nor giving any type of compensation. They have horrible. Communication skills they do not follow up. They say stuff to keep the customer quiet then they drop the ball.The Home Depot

1 starIn 9/24 ordered online Whirlpool *************** delivered a damaged Whirlpool dishwasher. Called online customer **********************, returned product. Its November never received refund on HD credit card. They say I must go into ************** customer ********************** nor in store customer ********************** know why I must go into store. They dont know why I wasnt informed. Waiting on phone now for over 21 min for a online order HD manager, now its been 25 min.The Home Depot
