      I HAD A $61 BALANCE ON MY CARD AND NEVER USED IT AGAIN. ITS NOW $700 DUE TO LATE AND MISSING PAYMENTS. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN (60 YEARS 0LD) AND THIS IS A PREDITORY PRACTICE. INSTEAD OF CLOSING THE ACCOUNT THEY HAVE RUN THE ACCOUNT FROM $61 T0 NOW OVER $700.00. I AM FILING AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB OF GEORGIA.

      So far I am not at all impressed with the service that I have received from Home Depot. I paid for the interior door measurements (9 doors total) which was last Monday. That part was "ok"....just ok....he didn't exactly give me any information as to how to proceed. All he said is someone from the store would be contacting me soon at my home to go over the interior door options.Waited almost one week and still did not hear back from the installer. So I had to call. I was connected to him over the phone at which time he asked me what kind of doors I wanted and asking me questions that he should have provided at the very least a brochure and an in home consultation. Then he dropped the bomb on me that each door would be an additional cost of $150.00 for lead paint due to my house being built in 1974. I informed him that we had lead tests done when we had our windows replaced years ago. Why didn't the person measuring my doors perform a lead test????I was told to expect a quote at the end of the day yesterday......Apparently the installer was too busy for me or just didn't give a ****....After reading some of your installation reviews, I am considering going elsewhere for this project.

      I would say don't purchase any appliances from Home Depot. They only give you 48 hours to check for any issues, that is not enough time to know if something is wrong. I did find issues till that following weekend. I contacted them regarding the issue. They had me call *******, they brought me another one same issue i sent it back i asked for my money back the said there was nothing they could do. Now i am stuck with the appliance. Nothing I can do I spent near 900 dollars on this stove.

      I ordered kitchen cabinets online to avoid driving an hour to home Depot and the headache of tracking in all down and loading everything on the trailer. Big mistake. The order took nearly a month to get to my house and they canceled half of it and didn't tell me, so I had to go in anyway. Well I go and their website says they have everything in stock at the location I went to which was funny because none of it was there and the employee who was less than helpful couldn't find them either. Ok so now I'm going to return all the cabinets and shop ******. No not that easy because you can't return online orders in store even though it specifically says I could do that. Anyway I hope enough people get fed up with home Depot and they lose all their customers and go bankrupt.

      To Home Depot Credit Services: I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my 78-year-old mother, ****** ********, regarding an outstanding loan with The Home Depot Credit Services.She lives on a fixed, very limited income and has recently begun showing signs of Alzheimers disease, which has severely affected her ability to manage her finances. Because of this, she forgot the predetermined payoff date for her loan. As a result, substantial interest chargesequal to roughly 50% of the cost of a new air conditioning unitwere added to her balance. Instead of paying around $7,000 for the unit, she is now facing a bill of nearly $11,****** mother has always been responsible with her financial obligations. This missed date was not due to neglect but to her documented medical and cognitive decline. These excessive charges are creating an unfair and overwhelming burden on an elderly, medically vulnerable customer.I contacted ********************** Credit Services to request that the interest charges be waived, with my commitment to immediately pay the remaining principal in full. This would settle the account entirely and in good faith. Unfortunately, there has been no willingness to work with us, despite her loyalty as a long-time customer and my offer to resolve the balance right away.Waiving the interest in this situation is both reasonable and compassionate. I am prepared to provide medical documentation, proof of income, and any other records necessary to support this request.

      The one star review is due to Home Depot's poor performance in customer relations. I find it unfortunate that in today's highly completive market place any effort on the part of Home Depot to ease customer dissatisfaction would help maintain customer satisfaction and continued patronage. On June 20, 2025 around 8:00 AM arrived at Home Depot. I pulled into the parking lot and parked the car. Before exiting the vehicle, a Home Depot shopping cart rammed into my car and caused a small amount of damage. given the car was new and recently purchased, I decided to report the incident to the Home Depot customer ********************** people. A Home Depot representative went outside looked at the damage and took a photograph of the damage. The Home Depot representative then stated an insurance company would be in touch with me. I was eventually sent a letter and left a voice mail by a ****************** representative stating they were investigating my claim. I tried calling the Sedgwick representative twice. Not being able to reach the representative by phone I wrote an email explaining the incident. I also mentioned I had paid $150 to repair the damage to the vehicle and asked if Home Depot would possible do something to help with the expense or perhaps offer a gift card as a gesture of good will. On July 31, 2025 ******** sent a letter stating they carefully examined the circumstances and don't believe Home Depot is responsible for the loss and denied the claim. At this point, I wrote another email to the ******** representative requesting more details. To date, the ******** representative has not responded to either email.

      This is the brand-new refrigerator that delivered to me and it is defective and not functioning at all. Despite my repeated requests, The Home Depot has refused to replace the unit or issue a ********* is unacceptable to be asked to repair a product that arrived in non-working condition. If I had wanted to repair a fridge, I would have repaired my old one instead.If I can give them below one star I would. Never buy any appliances from Home Depot

      As a customer my wife was discriminated against due to perceived ethnicity and the employee involved was not reprimanded or punished in any way. The manager was clear he would not take the situation seriously. Very unacceptable.

      I used to be a former associate, if youre looking to get overworked drained both physically and mentally. They Show little to no appreciation to its associates and corporate is out of touch with the front line associates and they will never care they view you as expandable and when they dont see you as useful to the company they will spit you out and move on. Its such a shame because I thought I was doing quite well at the job was there for over a year and when you have a mental breakdown they view that as a weakness all Im asking for is for the company to acknowledge the front line associates and to not be so out of touch because the majority of them do not feel appreciated at all and the best way to have people stay and be proud of working at the Home Depot you need to take better care of the associates.

      Home depot's pro rewards. Want you to put all your credit cards to use on their pro account so that you get your rewards so that their security can have it hacked and all your credit cards will be hacked. I will not purchase anything from home. Depot ever again. I do not have a pro account anymore. There is no other rewards. And requires your credit card be listed on the rewards.
