1 starHome depot's pro rewards. Want you to put all your credit cards to use on their pro account so that you get your rewards so that their security can have it hacked and all your credit cards will be hacked. I will not purchase anything from home. Depot ever again. I do not have a pro account anymore. There is no other rewards. And requires your credit card be listed on the rewards.Review fromMoises N

1 starHome Depot sells front products with protection for an additional cost when in reality it is a separate entity from Home Depot (All State) the one that customers will have to deal with if God forbids their items start having problems. For instance, I bought a lawnmower from Home Depot a year ago and the cashier advised for me at the time to buy a protection plan for additional cost which I did. The item started to give me problems recently and when I went in person and also called to Home Depot customer ********************** in both instances I was told that Home Depot had nothing to do with it. Yet, it sold me the protection plan. To make matters worse, All State did not want to help me either regarding my because apparently the item I bought comes with a guarantee from the manufacturer to begin with. I called the manufacturer just to be told that Home Depot should be the one arranging the service for my item to be taken care of with them. I literally spent the whole day today getting a back and forth between Home Depot, All State and the Manufacturer without getting any results. No appointment and no hope that it will get fixed due to the lack of transparency and accountability between these companies.Review fromJustin V

1 starOne of the most awful delivery experiences I've ever encountered. I am a contractor and a new small business. Because of this at this time I do not have a vehicle that can carry large things like doors. I am starting a full renovation on a ranch this week and last week I set up a delivery for today Tuesday August 5th. When I originally placed the order it was one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences I've ever been through. To be clear this wasn't a massive order, it was roughly a quarter bed worth of trim and four doors. The cashier that did the order with me was 2 weeks into the job and there was some very experienced woman behind the counter some blonde older heavy set woman that knew it exactly what she was doing but she'd come over fix a thing or two with the order and take off for 10 to 15 minutes while I stood there waiting. You could tell that this woman could clearly resolve the situation but was just throwing this new employee to the sharks and telling her to swim. On top of this she was probably the least professional employee I've ever encountered because she was complaining about wanting to get out of there and that's why she's running around like crazy. Not my problem, do your job. Then we get to the delivery day. They completely messed up my order it was supposed to be a 4-Hour window and it was erroneously entered as an all-day delivery. I had to go to Home Depot have them cut down the stock jam it in my car and wait for the doors to show up to resolve this. They refunded the $80 I spent for the delivery, whoopee. Next time I will not bother with their awful delivery service and I will hire someone to pick it up so I can get this done in a timely manner or I will just figure it out my **** self. Absolute nonsense start to finish you guys wasted about 6 hours of my time and screwed me out of a day's work because of all the mistakes I can't even start it today. Well done.Review fromGerald P

1 starOn July 9th, I ordered a small refrigerator from home depot, paid with credit card and card was charged immediately. I was suppose to receive shipment on July 15, but it didn't happen. I called the store in **********, La., they said they have no idea and my phone number wasn't even in there system. Called again on 22nd, same thing. Talked to a customer ********************** person on July 25th and they said give it a few more days. On the 29th, I called and they said told me the order had been returned and a refund was started. I never received it so I couldn't have returned it. If I hadnt called I would have never known. No email or anything else was sent to me about my refund. Someone screwed this delivery up and a supervisor just said mark it returned to cover it up. No accountability to the customer at all. I will never, ever buy anything else from Home Depot. They could care less about their customers and their support is a reflection of that. Thank youThe Home Depot

1 starWe purchased a HVAC unit from The Home Depot in February 2025. The unit is malfunction and will not cool our home pass 80 degrees. We've called multiple time to try and get this situation rectified to no avail. This HVAC unit is five months old and we can't get the installers that were contracted through The Home Depot (ARS Rescue Rooter) to get a tech over here and make the necessary repairs. Our next resource is going to court if nothing is done immediately. I will NEVER purchase anything from Home Depot again or have ARS do any installation! We are very disappointed in the lack of service and merchandise.Review fromSherry L

1 starTitle: Deeply Disappointed After Spending Over $50K at Home Depot As a long-time Home Depot customer who's spent over $50,000 in the past few years on home improvement projects, Im shocked and highly disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-through regarding a recent countertop installation.Home Depot contracted Precision Countertops to install a kitchen counter in my home and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The installation was poorly executed, and the issue was immediately apparent upon completion: bubbling and separation at the joint line of the countertop. Rather than taking responsibility, Precision offered subpar customer **********************, deflected blame, and showed no urgency in resolving the problem. Less than a year after installation, the bullnose is now separating from the countertop. But the real disappointment lies with Home Depot. After trusting your brand for years and investing tens of thousands of dollars, I expected you to stand by the vendors you hire and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference and red tape.Home Depot, if you contract third-party installers, you are equally responsible for the quality of their work and their professionalism. Precision Countertops failed and so did ****** this point, I'm seriously reconsidering doing business with Home Depot again. If this is how loyal, high-spending customers are treated, I can't imagine how you handle everyday shoppers.Review fromHerlin R

1 starI called for a quote and I was told a price over the phone, I even asked if she was sure about the price several times. When I got to the store to pay for 2 custom security/ storm doors the price trippled from what Reya quoted me over the phone. The order was placed in January of 2025. She also stated that is would take 3 weeks for the customer door. It took double that time and the back door was a standard size door. I was then told that I had to wait until the custom door came in before they could install the door that was already. The installer took almost 10 hours to install 1 door. My front door came in and the caulk job is very sloppy he kept licking his fingers to smooth the caulk. I've called corporate spoke to ******* about what was going on. The last time I had any communication with her was in April. So I called again today to fund out the case was resolved and closed. Both my doors are still aren't working properly and I had to sign a document stating that they would compensate me for the inconvenience. I charged these doors on my home depot account and one manager told me to keep paying the bill on time. This is an on going problem since January. The parts aren't fitting and I feel like they are trying to brush me off. And by signing that agreement I was told I had to sign has made matters worse because they are not concerned about fixing the issues with these doors. This has been a nightmare. If the glass wasn't broken on my original door I would have went somewhere else.Review fromDaniel E

1 starWe bought a dishwasher online from Home Depot. When it arrived, we realized that it was a lot more basic than what we wanted. We tried to take it back, but were told that they would not take it back because we bought it from them online. It was not clearly stated on their website that you could not return it. Now we are stuck with a dishwasher that we don't want, and worst we are out of $350. I will not be buying any appliances from Home Depot again.
