      i had ordered appliances. set up a delivery date, before i even got home that was changed but that happens. i was told and read the night before they would call and give a window of time they would be delivering, then the day of, they would call 15 minutes or something like that before arrival well i heard nothing at all. i called every number i had, got that automated b.s telling me they don't recognize my number, same number on the order. next day came along this is supposed to be order arrival day. cleaning out the fridge of food, now going on 9 am. still heard nothing so i started phone calls AGAIN, same thing number not recognized and a machine hanging up on me. i called 4 times. i think maybe i should try the actual store. called there twice just rang and rang and rang, finally i just drove there cancelled the order. who shows up at my house mid. afternoon? them i had to tell them i cancelled the order, to top that off no call before that. this was for a fridge. 90 degree day do they expect people to clear a fridge out and let the food go bad? i probably should have kept the order and made them wait while they were here as i clean the fridge out then. i had to leave 1 star on this site to ost my review they should have minus stars.

      I had placed an online order with the Home Depot. To my dismay I have learned that Home Depot uses a sub-par delivery service. Everyday, I receive 2 to 3 updates telling me my order will be delivered that day. As of today, my delivery date has changed FIVE times. I had spoken with a ***, and they could not provide an answer for the delay, nor could their Supervisor. The *** suggested I cancel my order. "There goes your customer retention Home **********************!"

      My delivery date was June 1, 2023 and delivery was attempted at the wrong house. I was tracking them on the email tracker and saw that it stated they had arrived. No one was at my home, while I was going to see if they were on my street I tripped over the water line on my old fridge and water was everywhere. I then contacted home depot who contacted the delivery driver and they came to my home about 30 minutes later, by now my home was full of water from the busted waterline from the icemaker. His excuse for the missed delivery is that I didn't answer the phone. No I didn't I was trying to stop the water from spouting all over my house. Common sense tells you that anyone getting a refrigerator delivery will be home because you have to take everything out of the fridge for the delivery. I don't appreciate being blamed for their mistake of not reading an address correctly. Going to the wrong address was the problem not me not answering the phone. I was told to reschedule and I called immediately that day and was told the new date was June 3, 2023. Now today, June 2, 2023, I was told after 2 calls today to the home depot customer ********************** that the delivery company can't deliver on June 3rd as I was told. I was informed at 6:50 pm that it's now moved to June 8, 2023 and I'm unavailable that day. I am very frustrated with the service and it isn't what I am accustomed to. My food is now spoiled and I've had to throw away almost everything in my refrigerator because they went to the wrong house and the food has been sitting out too long. Now my kitchen is in distress until they can deliver. I haven't gotten an email or text update to verify delivery date. I am appalled that a company like Home Depot would even allow this type of activity. If the delivery person goes to the wrong house, the company needs to make sure the customer is getting their product by any means necessary and there should be an opening in the schedule for mistakes.

      found flooring online, online said there was over 400 case available, went to store to see if it was in stock, it was not in stock, so i found a person working in flooring to order. I only needed 3 cases to finish a project, He searched their inventory and said that we can order what i needed, paid for flooring and he said it would about week before it comes in, waited a week and returned to see if was in yet, customer ********************** lady looked it up, and it was not available. could not get stock order, how is this possible? I ordered and paid for it all ready, they said they can try and do a special order but was not guaranteed it get it and it was twice the price, I said i have already paid for this and it was not my fault, they would not take responsibility for their mess up. Now I only needs 3 cases to finish, now I have to start all over again. Finally got tired of it they refunded my money, i think they should be fined for false advertisement, since they will not honor what is on their website, I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot anymore, lowes is now where i will shop

      DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!!We have been VERY frustrated by Home Depot not taking responsibility for their hired installers actions. Here's a little background.....We bought a new dryer at Home Depot and had them install it. About 2 weeks after installing, it stopped heating. We popped the panel off the back to find all the wires fried due to poor installation. We had an electrician look at it and his first words were "you're **************** didn't burn down! Who installed this? They didn't use a connector on the dryer and just left the wires to rub against the metal." We have been waiting for over 3 weeks for Home Depot to make this right, but they keep claiming they have to wait for **.....THIS IS HOME DEPOT'S PROBLEM TO FIX!!!! They hired the installers who installed the machine incorrectly/very unsafely. Why isn't Home Depot taking responsibility???? Why are we left with this fire hazard and no dryer while they try work with ****** Home Depot should have made this right weeks ago by replacing our dryer ASAP and doing whatever they needed to with ** after the fact. And why would ** get involved anyways? Their machine would work perfectly IF the installers would have safely installed the machine! The runaround they've been giving us is unacceptable!

      Home depot should not sell appliances Bought A dryer had it put in laundry room was to be installed next morning .when the heavy blue tape was removed the top pop up and the sides bowed in and out. so before full hook ** I plug in turn on and it sounded like a cement mixer.took me 3 hours to get them to send me another one a week later.I myself will never buy A high price item again from Home Depot.also people should know you have ****************************************************************************************************** ********** ** Hallsferry RD

      We paid for a cabinet 3 weeks before we got it, with our Debit card. Once we received the product it was shipped incorrectly. We were issued a refund on the 29th and told it would not process for ** to place back in our bank for 7 business days. My issue is that this is an accounting policy made by Home Depot Headquarters, this is another way they continue to remove Customer ********************** from their process.

      ******** *******. No customer reps around. Asked for help in plumbing. Waited 15 minutes. Just left. Went to home hardware and was serviced in 1 minute.

      We have been trying to reach someone at Home Depot about a lost gift card that we cannot use because we dont have the physical card. When we have reached out to them via emails provided & phone numbers also provided we have been bounced around to department after department. All we are looking for is for a new card to be sent & the existing one cancelled or the balance of the gift card to be deducted from our outstanding balance on a product we have tried to purchase with this gift card. We have provided the ********************* with all the information they would need to make this happen but still nothing has been done. Lastly we just called customer ********************** & waited 1 hour to have our call picked up, just for the customer ********************** agent to put my wife on hold for another 30 minutes while she sent her an email with the fraud departments email again. She then never came back on the call & eventually we gave up waiting & this is where we are at. We would like this resolved ASAP as our house needs the window coverings we have been patiently waiting for. This treatment & lack of communication from the Home Depot has seriously made this experience more of a headache & frustrating than it ever needed to be. 3 people including myself, my ********** mother (who purchased the gift card) have emailed & called with no response that has actually helped. Please resolve this issue..
