      Went to Home Depot on ****** and the manager was just talking to her employees so I asked her for help and she said she would be there in a few so I waited and waited so I see her pass by the isle and said someone will be right there and guess what no one showed up . If I was a manager I would have been there to help my customers but guess she dont know anything about products there . She probably got her job by kissing someones a** and all the other women that work there dont no anything yall need to send them back to school to learn what yall are selling cuz that sound stupid . You ash them a question and they dont know what it is or where it is I hate going to Lowes but its better then not getting acknowledged

      We were denied $100 discount on hot water heater after being told by Home Depot employee ((*** on 5-15-23) that it would be taken off price by installer after installed. Installer (******) refused. He also added 4 additional fees to $1665 quote. (Total now $2559)$175 for humidifier valve (told him we weren't using it) 225 gas flex valve 300 work around vents/duck tape (duck tape was ours) 95 water valves We called Home Depot customer ********************** and person name "Four" reused $100 discount despite codes that had been given **.Generally good experience with Home Depot...VERY UNHAPPY with this misleading info and additional charges.

      We installed vinyl floorings TrafficMaster Foden Ash 7-inch x 42-inch Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl purchased from and installed by Home Depot. After 3 month we noticed bubbles start popping out on few planks. These bubbles were randomly appeared on more and more planks in our living room floor, without any reasons.Contacting Home Depot: feels like they are hiding from **, they try to hold and stalled, they are not in a hurry to replay, and when you send email, they do not replay 90% out of 100. We have to go to the store and look for the people who can actually help **.After 18 month they offer a store credit for the cost of the floor only. What I suppose to do with this credit? Installation cost and inconvenience of replacing the floor is way beyond of cost of the floors. very disappointed. And didnt expect it from such big and known company like Home Depot.

      Purchased a window; turned out being a defective window. They ordered and installed another window that is also defective per installer note on paperwork. They ordered a ************; called us to inform that window was defective. Offering to order a fourth window. We are requesting a refund because over a year later they are still wanting ** to keep ordering windows. Obviously we have to go elsewhere to get a product that is not defective but Home Depo is refusing to refund for this defective product.

      I would cut my own tree down for wood before I would ever buy anything from them again. I'll never go again. They are rude to customers which I witnessed on a daily as a former employee. In *******,since it's such a racist town,black management allows black employees to belittle customers like they do on ************* in ******* tenneseee. Not to mention discriminate against white employees as they play favoritism to their own...the manager their was quoted saying "I don't care if I fire you,I'd rather have you as a customer spending money in my store????????.seriously!.well who would want to go there after being fired for such bogus reasons like a black manager I overheard say to a black employee "i can't stand seeing that white man talk to a sister" really? Oh it's because he was rejected. A real pos he is.....they need a union so no one ever has to endure what I did...corporate doesn't care.they allow it but guess what home depot! You must not be paying attention. Conservatives make up for the most buying power and now we are boycotting your woke company and advocating for those employees to have a union so you don't have your dictator power anymore.....BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT....DISCRIMINATED FOR MY DISABILITY, DISCRIMINATED FOR BEING WHITE AND WAS RETALIATED AGAINST FOR FILING A COMPLAINT FOR VERBAL AND PHYSICAL HARASSMENT....THERE'S YOUR HOME DEPOT....NO MANAGER BOY,I'LL SHOP LOWES...

      Did not want to give them one star. I shop Menards alot especially with 11% off. My neighbor convince me to go to Home Depot. Well I did go and bought ***** of stuff. I asked the cashier for 11% and she gave instruction on how to do it. So I went home and put my rebate on line. I did get a response that they would not give it to me because that store does not do 11%. Now my neighbor has always gone to that store and they honor her rebate.I will never go back to Home Depot. They are LIARS. Oh yeah I left an email for someone to email me back about my complaint and nothing I also got on the chat line and that person could not help out. She put on hold and never came back.Great customer skill.

      Removes my ability to file rebates because I'm a pro member ..yet only get 2%. Why would I want 2% when I was filling out rebates to get 11%. The new system is flawed and now hurts certain people.. how ever if I was a rich multi-million spending company they tell me I will save more. I need my.pro account to do over phone sales yet seems better to get rid of it to save 11 vs 2 percent

      There is a $5515.43 payment pending on our Bankplus account ending in ****. We DIDNOT do an online payment for this amount. We have disputed this but was told it will take ***** days to return our money. We are on vacation & this has caused our bank account to go negative & now we have no money for our vacation needs. We are positive this was done by someone within Home Depot (an employee) which to ** involves fraud This transaction had ruined our vacation. By the way we dont have automated payments authorized either. Our payment due date is June 12th not even time for a payment. We request immediate resolution of this FRAUD WITH YOUR EMOYEE WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE. **********************************************

      I am very upset , I had a rug installed in my bedroom and the installers were not the best but that is not my problem . WHEN I BOUGHT THE *** they told me that this rug if damaged or had pets stains it would be replaced i went threw all the right channels had the rug cleaned ..STAINS cannot remove the stains ..i called home depot and went all the way to the top with no help . i payed a lot of money for the rug and they assured me if anything would to happen to it they would replace it , I was treated like a common criminal I did all the right things and they said NO NO NO They will not replace it , to tell the truth i will never buy anything from them again , i am 73 yrs old still working and payed by bill every month ON TIME and I believed the people who said that it would be horned ,sad to say but i hope these people can sleep at night knowing that they lied to me and trust me i am not asking for money i just want my rug replaced . ****

      Worst Home Depot Ive been to. As a pro/ contractor. I was recently dismissed by store manager/ assistant manager and customer ********************** representatives! Tool rental has over charged- after returning tools. When voicing concerns- Im necessarily always cut off while speaking and the dismissed (nothing I can do! ) answer is given. Why am I not afforded same respect as other customers - whenever I have a heavy load - theres never anyone available to help!! Im about to make my voice heard- by any means.
