      Tax Credits for Home owners with energy efficiency home improvements available through ****, Air Source Heat Pumps Tax Credit We Contacted Home Depot and requested for a New Pioneer SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER Installation. Home Depot then assigned(Outsourced) the project to "ARS /Rescue Rooter" to install the System. When the ARS technician **************** arrived at our place, we informed him that we wanted Pioneer "Low-Ambient ****** BTU1-Ton 22 SEER Wi-Fi Ductless Mini Split Inverter and Air Conditioner with Heat Pump 110/120-Volt" which has Federal "Tax Credits for Homeowners" Under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, federal income tax credits of $2000 for energy efficiency home improvements will be available through **** as mentioned at the site"*****************************************************************************************************************************".ARS installed a system reducing their inventory lying in their warehouse which is not available with "Home Depot". We showed details of "Federal Incentive" to ARS technician **************** for a new installation and the technician was not sure whether the system they installed is covered under the Federal Incentive. He contacted his Manager ************** who also was also not aware of the Federal Incentive and he said that the federal incentive is not applicable for this year. We were forced to spend $5800 by Home Depot (ARS /Rescue Rooter) who denied us the opportunity to take advantage of $2000 Federal credits offerred with energy efficiency home improvements installations till **** for a New SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER Installations. We feel cheated because of the ignorance of Home Depot /ARS personnel and technicians, who are not updated with latest skills/knowledge/training and information by their management to benefit the customer.

      PATHETIC! Ordered a grill and accessories for delivery on 5/24 for delivery on 5/25. Was given a four hour window. Rearranged my next day to be sure I was home during the window. The delivery times came and went and 25 minutes later I receive a text telling me that "we couldn't deliver today, someone will call you to reschedule, or you can call us at 8xxxxxx." So, I called and was told the truck to make the deliveries "never showed up today." My delivery was then, on the phone, rescheduled to a 6am - 8am window the next day. I made sure I was up at 6am (on a Saturday) so I wouldn't miss them. At 8am, no delivery had been made. I called again. Was told the window was extended to 10am. 10am comes and goes, no delivery. I called AGAIN a few hours later and was told they "attempted delivery" but couldn't. No reason provided. I was home the entire time AND I confirmed that I had the delivery marked as not requiring a signature. i.e., had they actually come to my home, they simply could have left it.Rescheduled a THIRD time. This time a 6am to 10am window. Again, no delivery. Called the ******** store again. They called me back ********************************************************************************************************************************** if it would be delivered. Called the Online HD number. After sitting on extended hold, being hung up on, and calling back to be on hold again, I spoke to a rep who said she had successfully cancelled my order and an refund would be issued. I asked if I would get an email and was told I would. Three hours later, no email. Went online and my account stilled showed the order as active. Currently on another call to the online HD for 33 minutes. Order was still active and the store I ordered from is "uncomfortable" cancelling the order because they don't know where it is???? You have got to be kidding me!! My advice, unless you don't have any other ************ away.

      Buyer be aware. This phone number is not helpful that has beengiventome..they,are Liers&scammers. It has been 11days since I haven't received any updates on this issue, of replacing or repairing my new recently purchased ** REFRIGERATOR. I need so help! Thank you.

      They have guaranteed delivery dates that are not guaranteed. I have ordered over ***** in materials and every delivery is late or behind because of poor planning on their end. This is happening more and more often and the in store and online customer ********************** reps ***** the customers for the mess up. Why offer the option for day deleivery and pay for scheduled delivery when they change it on a whim. Ive lost thousands of dollars in man time, wasted time waiting around for them and calls back and forth. The other worst part is that when I do finally get my order, half of it isnt there or its missing parts of the order. The drivers and people delivering do not care at all about the product and it comes damaged or unusable and I have to take more time to return and take the damaged brand new items back. I just want other shoppers and customers to be aware of the poor management on all sides of this. How are they allowed to do this.

      Your African ******** employees are rude , very unwelcoming. I am African ******** myself and when I come to home depot I make it my business to avoid doing any business or asking for any assistance from your African ******** employees. The rolling of the eyes and the sucking of the teeth ** not the shopping experience I'm looking for when I enter ANY establishment from any race of any kind! Very unprofessional group of individuals.

      I think more people will be happier knowing that, when you buy a named brand item or items .That, it would be better for the business you are buying from, to stand behind there products. And, not scam you or give you the Run around, LIE! And, service or replace the items in a timely manner.

      I am a Home Depot credit card holder. Back in 2021 we used a promotional coupon for an appliances purchase. My credit card statement I received at the end of April 2023 and due on 5/20/23 had a remaining balance of $250.00. I paid the full balance on 5/17/23. In between the statement and the bill payment we made a purchase. We now received the new billing statement on 5/30/23 due 6/20/23. They applied the whole $250.00 payment due 5/20/23 to the new purchase. I called to have this taken care of. Ended up talking to **** a billing supervisor. They will only apply $221.00 to the $250.00 promotional balance due. And applied the $29.00 to my minimum payment due. This is ridiculous! It feels like they are just trying to have you default on a promotional offer. If you receive a billing statement and pay the whole amount due on the statement, what gives? I want people to be careful with promotional offers and billing statements with Home Depot Credit Card. I will be cutting mine up and I will not be doing business there EVER!! I feel like I have been frauded.

      I purchased carpet from them and the contractor that came out did a terrible job. They scheduled a 2nd crew to come out and fix the 1st crews mistake but canceled in the morning after I had taken the day off of work. I took an additional day off for the crew to fix it, they spend an hour and half trying to fix a carpet that was cut too short. They ended up stapling the carpet down from the top so the staples are visible, they did not fix the multiple bubbles in the carpet from improper stretching and they did not properly place the carpet edges under the transition strips between rooms so the carpet is now pulled back and the edge is poking up. They sent the supervisor out the next week to take a look and he agreed to completely replace the carpet. The reinstall was scheduled two weeks later but the day of the install they contacted me at 3pm to say they could not make it out until 5:30 pm. which does not work for someone with young kids to have contractors banging nails for 3 hours in the evening. I rescheduled for the following day and in the afternoon they contacted me saying they could not make it until 4:30 pm. At this point I contacted Home Depot for a refund and after a week of phone tag the manager agreed to refund me. 20 days later I still don't have a refund.

      I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing from Home Depot. A refrigerator, weed eater, lawn mower, garbage disposal, plumbing, home remodeling supplies, a rigid orbital sander, etc.My 6 inch rigid orbital sander needed a new backer pad. On removing the old backer pad one of the screws that mounts the backer pad would not come out. The head of the s**** rounded out in the process which made it more difficult. I'm 65 years old, took the sander to home depot to try and get some help with it. The only response I got was that I would need to replace the whole plate which they do not sell, and there was nothing they could do. The associate did not even look at it. I took the sander home and I was able to remove the s**** using a pliers and vise grip. No damage to the plate at all. All I needed was help to simply remove a stubborn s**** but was not given the time of day.The same goes for what I needed to re route the water intake for a dishwasher. Took pictures and explained what I needed. The associate did not know what I was talking about and tried selling me other stuff I did not need. Took the same issue to Lowes which knew just what I needed and was most helpful in finding just what I needed.Lowes is slightly higher than Home Depot but not only do they stand behind their products, but are much more knowlegable when needing help and guidance. Seems Home Depot won't give you the time of day unless you are buying something. Your purchase at Home Depot is all they seem to care about.
