      40 minutes of my time completely wasted. I had a pellet stove, explode after six hours of use, blew up my whole home, glass everywhere smoke everywhere, and now my electric bill is almost $2000 a month because my home is so large and Sedgwick is taking their sweet time and Home Depot does not care and literally hung up on me

      We ordered a Prismaster Fireplace Insert that was delivered by *** on Monday, May 5, 2025. It was badly damaged and the glass was shattered. I only opened the top of the box and never removed it from the box. I called to have it returned and it was picked up by *** on Tuesday May 6, 2025. We have not received a refund as of Monday May 19, 2025. In speaking with Home Depot on Monday, May 19, 2025 we are told that *** is holding the package because it is damaged and we will not get a refund until it is returned to the manufacturer. If *** is holding the package, how can it ever reach the manufacturer? We have all the photos of the damaged package. Why didnt *** report the package damaged in the first place, instead of delivering it to our home? Why is this process so broken that it penalizes the customer?

      If I could leave a negative star count I would. I purchased a fire pit table and was delivered a utility rug. Home Depot has processed my refund but I don't get my money back until they receive the rug back. They scheduled a pick up and never showed up. I wasted my entire weekend. On Saturday waiting for a delivery that then happened to be wrong and then they told me they were coming on Sunday from 8 am - 8pm and never showed up. I called again today and so they say they have scheduled a pick up yet again but do I have my money? No I don't. So home depot makes a mistake on my order that costs me $350 until they correct THEIR mistake. The audacity, how dare you take peoples money like that. I am in the middle of an entire redo house project and had every intention of using Home Depot for the entire project. Not any more. They can't even deliver a table accurately and refund you money.

      I have been working with Home depot in ***** and Pahrump since Feb 13th to get a winfow fixed, i have since been left with a taken apart window for a month no call or check, nothing. They also installed a dushwasher that never drained correctly and leaked, i dodnt complain whatever but with the window im ****** my house is supposed to be on the Market June 4th!! This has been ongoing since Febuary, when we call we get transfered 4 times. Ridiculous.

      This is the second time Ive had a horrible experience with Home Depot appliance delivery.The first time, I ordered a washer and dryer. The delivery was delayed multiple times, and each time I had to request time off work to accommodate their ever-changing delivery windows. Sometimes the excuse was that no one loaded it onto the truck. Other times it was on backorder from *******. There was always an excuse, and never a resolution. I eventually canceled the order, went to a competitor, and picked up the appliances *********** forward two years later, and I made the mistake of ordering a refrigerator from Home Depot. Same exact nightmare.The refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today. Instead, I got a vague message saying the "delivery was missed." No explanation. I had taken the day off work again, left my door wide open to make sure I didnt miss it, and waited all day. When I called, I was told the refrigerator hadn't even arrived at the delivery centerand once again, the blame was placed on the manufacturer, this time *****************What makes this even worse is that I received messages and emails all morning confirming the delivery was happening. Then I saw a false "proof of delivery" complete with a fake signature. Completely *************** this point, Im not sure if this is incompetence or a scam. Either way, Home Depot clearly cannot manage its third-party delivery vendors, and customers are left to deal with the fallout. Ive wasted another entire day, and now Im told to just wait for a new delivery ********* yourself the time, stress, and frustration. Stay far away from Home Depot when it comes to appliance delivery.

      I purchased a screen door from them and they hired a contractor to put it on and while that's not the issue but the issue is that the screen door fell off shortly afterwards and nobody has been back to fix this issue, while I have made several attempts to get this issue fixed. The door has been sitting in my garage for just as long as it was on, I just want them to get someone over here to fix my screen door

      Me and my wife are military we purchased a washer and dryer that was supposed to be delivered to our house on **************************, **. We have had two missed deliveries because no one from their warehouse has a real ID, we have called customer support to try and schedule a delivery and even put a note on the order to specify what they need to get on post. We were basically told oh well youll have to wait until they can get a driver with a real ID which could be a month. We even tried to pick it up from the Home Depot we purchased it at and was given the run around, being told we have to wait at least a week for them to be delivered at the store and we are going on 3 weeks since purchasing the washer and dryer. We were even told we need to contact the store to even get any of that done.

      We went to ********* Home Depot to purchase some lumber to make a base for our new shed We took the time to pick out the wood which took some time because we needed help So after we finished with that we went over to the rental department to rent a truck to get it to our house Well when we tried to rent a truck APPARENTLY they have a new system called Clear that you have to go through this RIDICULOUS PROCESS on your phone in order to rent IT WOULDNT WORK!!! We tried for 20 mins!! We tried everything NO LUCK SO WE COULDNT RENT A TRUCK!! So we spoke to a manager and he was useless as well He says SORRY BUT WE CANT OVERIDE THIS SYSTEM What kind of business is Home Depot running A VERY BAD ONE!! So not only did we waste all that time trying to rent a truck But we couldn't get the lumber we needed for our project so there goes an hour of time wasted by a company that just doesn't care about there customers needs This is not the first time we have had issues there but this will be the last We are DONE with Home Depot Id rather go further away to a company that appreciates our business then deal with them anymore!!

      Bought a shower kit, when it was delivered, on paperwork, it said RIGHT pan, which is where our plumbing is. The sent us a LEFT.Called Home Depot, they had the right one delivered and picked up the other. Open box back wall of shower kit, its damaged on both corners, we call, they don't have anymore but Owensboro does, and said we could pick it up the next day. Mind you, we already paid for delivery $99. The shower we looked at had shelves in it, we told them that we didn't receive them. Oh, I'm sorry Mr. ******* the shelves are an additional $99. Because I was so upset about it, they gave me a $75 credit towards my purchase. I was ok with that until we drive to ********* to pick up the shower piece and it was also damaged. We had to get one a bit smaller because it was all they had. Which means, go back to ********** and take back the first we purchase for a refund. Now, this shower is time sensitive because my wife is having her knees replaced and she needs a walk in shower for safety reasons. I'm extremely disappointed in Home Depot on Pearl drive, they've always been our go to place for home improvements, but this fiasco has really pushed me over the edge.
