    My personal data is showing on REMOVEDsearch and in their application I reached out to them and my data is still in the main search when you look up my name, you see my date of birth, the year, my cell number and my address all listed outside of the app on the main search screen.

    Multiple attempts to locate working contact information for this business, site. Unable to request removal of my personally identifiable information and of family and associates from this site. The steps provided do not work, the instructions given on the 800 number do not work, the link to email customer support does not work. This formal complaint to the BBB in the hopes a representative from the company will contact me and process my request to remove all the information related to me from this site and provide the means to as how my information was obtained and the means from which it regularly updated. I am requesting this to avoid any action against the owner/owners of this site and affiliated associates.

    I have sent this company multiple messages and filed official information removal form on their website to remove my phone number, my name and family members names from their website. They haven't removed the information yet and its been weeks.

    I sent page cache removal to Google. 

    When I access the bing tool and put your website along with my phone number and name it shows no cached page with that information but, when I search my phone number REMOVEDin bing it shows my number, name REMOVEDC REMOVEDand family members pointing to website REMOVED

I asked for the company www.smartbackgroundchecks.com to remove my phone number REMOVEDand my family member names from reference to their web site address. As you can see by the attached image, a search shows only results from www.smartbackgroundchecks.com. I already contacted, REMOVED, bing and duckduckgo. My phone number REMOVED, my name REMOVEDC, REMOVEDand family members and relatives are listed on information pointing to www.smartbackgroundchecks.com. Please do not close this ticket until www.smartbackgroundchecks.com removed my information. Please see attached image file.
