I don't know who this business belongs to. But they don't have any rights to make my personal information public. They had my name and date of birth, my address and my relatives information open to the public. I need them to remove my personal information and do not selle my info to anyone. I didn't authorize this scam web to post my information. I haven't been able to remove my information or delete what they had posted in there. That's so scary that people can have access to my address and my personal informationSmartBackgroundChecks.com

I tried removing my information from their website but the company behind this company Fastly.com is being difficult. I never authorized them to have my information. They need to remove it or further action will be taken. They have broadcasted sensitive, personal information that potenial hackers can use to steal from me. Smart Background Checks has posted my personal information on the web in violation of my civil rights. I demand that the information be taken down. I am getting unwanted/harassing phone calls and even a stalker. This is unacceptable. I will be consulting with a lawyer and from all of the complaints I see on this site, I believe a class action lawsuit is in order.Your online deleting web site does not work and only wants my to download malware.SmartBackgroundChecks.com

This company is in complete violation of personal privacy. I have filed a complaint and I am now not able to "Opt Out".
