1 starI set up an appointment several days in advance for a job to be done any time between 8AM and 12 noon. The morning-of the driver informed me that he would be "late", which I was understanding of, and then around 5PM informed me that he would not be coming that day but instead the following day. He finally showed up over 24 hours past our scheduled appointment to retrieve 2 items. I try and be patient and understanding when dealing with companies and the people that work there, but being 24 hours late to the job and wasting my entire day waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to happen is unacceptable.When he finally arrived the driver was very kind and apologetic, but this is not a company I would use again.

1 starAbsolutely the worst app for jobs I have ever used. They held my pay after doing jobs, made bogus refund fees, and shady compliance department. Their app ratings and reviews should tell you everything you need to know.Review fromRobert B

5 starsI requested cardboard box pickup and disposal services and was impressed with ******** professionalism. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. During the service, I felt comfortable sharing my grief over the loss of my beloved pet, who passed away after 12 wonderful years. I initially thought I was removing just cardboard boxes, but ******** kindness humbled me by listening to my devastation of losing my pet.
