    Assembled and installed adjustable bed frame and mattress. Nana and TJ were awesome!!! Excellent, excellent service!!!! So pleased!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

    Very easy process that got started by text. I was surprised by cost of removing the 2 mini fridges. It has to do with the refrigerant I guess. Was able to book it all by text and the man that picked them up just had me sign and then he took care of the removal. It was a simple process and its nice I dont have to worry about disposing of the broken fridges.

    I had to think about this one. The pickup window was pushed from ********* to ********* (12PM noon max to 2PM max) which happened to greatly inconvenience me. The mover was very friendly which made up for much and did a great job moving the furniture. I didnt like when he used the words, toss it when talking about the degraded quality of the piece. It was relatively clean but admittedly worn as it was around fifteen years old and heavily used. Part of the reason I used this company was their stated goal of trying to recycle furniture before going to landfill. His language suggested otherwise and Im not thrilled about that. I was raised to care for the environment and not waste earth metals that people work hard to mine and take a toll on the land. I may use this company in the future but if another company offers similar service with actual, proven dedication to sustainable practices that will be a problem for them. If it werent for the negatives theyd have gotten a five star review from this one.

    I have used Load Up now four times this summer. Excellent to remove items as I had an estate to clear out. I especially like knowing upfront the costs and also that they are a company that donates. I highly recommend them over other Cleanout companies.

    A 1/3 less than two other quotes! And awesome next day fast and efficient service. I was hesitant to pay in advance (thought it might be a scam), but I am so happy I trusted these reviews!!!!

    Be warned about using these guys, after you sign they take your card and there is no accountability. I'm an investor using them for the first time. I had not seen the property that I hired them to work on so I asked them up front for photos. They reassured me that they would send me before and after photos before they left. Apparently that was just to get a sale, because here I am a whole day after the job without any photos, no idea what they did or what quality it was. I reached out multiple times but no response. Be warned about using these guys, after you sign they take your card and there is no accountability.

    Had **** come and bring in a king mattress and take out the old. He also removed a couple other items for me. First time using the company. I was impressed. He was kind, considerate of my home. He was knowledgeable about what I needed to do with the mattress. Very helpful. I will use them again.

    I totally misjudged the work to get rid of stuff out of an apartment. Booked online for next day pick up, the guy came and the stuff went. Problem solved, totally smooth start to finish.
