    Very unprofessional business. You have to pay upfront for a pickup that's not even guaranteed. I scheduled a pickup for yesterday between 12-4 and I was notified at 3:30 that it got delayed to 8 pm. Then I got notified at 7:30 pm that it got delayed again and I would need to pick a new day and time. I told them I had a new couch coming the next day and I needed the old one gone before 12 pm. They said they could get a team here before noon and to no surprise, no one showed up. I called at 11:50 to get a refund, in which they said they will process and send me a confirmation email which I haven't yet gotten. Crossing my fingers that I actually get my refund.

    ******* was quick and efficient with unpacking and putting the furniture in the room. 5 pieces and they were done in less than two hours. Very professional, helpful and informative with suggestions and recommendations. Would recommend him to anyone.

    First time using LoadUp. It was very easy to get same day pickup. **************** Representative was very helpful & knowledgeable. Pickup contractor called with pickup time & showed up within stated time. The entire process was exactly as described. Very satisfied with entire process.

    Just awful. They cancelled the original service date 3 hours in and then no showed again on the rescheduled window. Contacted the driver twice with no reply. Contacted customer support so many times today, and many wasted hours we pursued a refund for services which they also gave us a very hard time about. Feels very scammy or at the very least extremely poorly managed. Do not waste your time or money.

    The LoadUp employee, ********, was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. The old mattress was gone and the new one set up in almost no time. I was also very happy that the old (clean) mattress would go to a shelter rather than a landfill, and the copious plastic wrapping would be recycled.

    The workers were on time and quickly set up the new mattress and removed the old one. They were very pleasant and personable. I would use them again.
