  I booked an appointment with **** on Saturday 9/20 to remove 2 refrigerators and 1 washing machine AFTER confirming that LoadUp services the ******, ** area (because I know that it is a rural area). I paid $300 upfront and was given a guaranteed 12-4pm window for pickup the next day. I was told that I would be given a call or text around 8am on the day of pickup confirming the window and a narrower time frame. I was also informed that I would be notified when the loaders were dispatched. None of these things came to pass.I contacted customer service at around ******, 11am, and 2:30pm for a status update. I kept being told that no team was available to fulfill my pickup yet and that I would be notified once a team was ************ around 3pm, I was sent a text saying that no service team was available to fulfill my pickup request today and that I could reschedule or call back for a refund at 4pm. I still need to get my refund. I would urge anyone interested in LoadUp not to use them! They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and predatory toward their customers! Do not use their services.

  My loader was timely, incredibly competent, considerate and neat! I was overwhelmed by his efficiency - it was a terrific experience all around.

  ****** and ***** did an excellent job, we had a 300# projection tv, large cabinet, and 2 very large speakers to remove from our basement. Thank You guys.

  Ordered a adult trike assembly on 8/6/25 technicians showed up without any tools, and admitted this was their first trike assembly. They finished the assembly using my tools. The bike is not assembled correctly the derailer does not work, the front brakes not correct, loose parts.After several emails starting with the first on 8/6/25 8/18/25 8/29/25 9/6/25 9/7/25 and 9/8/25. ****** has offered me a 15% discount for a reservice schedule. I'm not going to pay for another service call to complete the assembly I already paid once for. I don't think I should pay for their failure to properly vett their installers.

  First I will say that LoadUp does so much more than junk removal. In my case, they came out to disassemble an old bed frame and then assembly a new bedframe/foundation. The crew were absolutely wonderful and they did a fantastic job. I recommend LoadUp wholeheartedly.

  Received text to tell me driver was on his way, which by the way was exactly the time he estimated he would be in my area. Left out the matress and boxspring and it was gone in about 10 mins from the time the text was sent!!! Great service.

  My loader arrived next day at the best time for my situation, was kind and polite. Service was swift as I only had a twin bed to be to disposed of.

  I've used them four times and every time I had very pleasant, professional, competent movers. One time I had to make a last minute change and they were very accomodating. Another time I brought the wrong keys to my storage unit (I flew down to ** to empty it so the keys were nowhere near me) and they waited with me for a locksmith to arrive. I've recommended them to all of my family and friends.

  Excellent customer service. Very easy to set up an appointment, and the follow-up as to when the men would arrive was very good. Two strong friendly and professional men loaded up everything we wanted removed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
