4 stars****** was punctual in his arrival and completed his work expediently. I truly appreciated not only his call in advance as well as his text message telling me when he arrived. He even cleaned up his boxes that the bed came in. My only negative comment is that it took several calls to the company not only to get the bed to the house and someone to assemble it. Lovin the bed though.LoadUp

5 starsI rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to here. Professional and prompt. When I had a question I got answered by chat and support email. I got communication when loader was assigned and 20 mins before they showed up. And the folks were so professional. Took great care to not ding walls and didnt t complaint when the dissembling was a bit more complicated than planned.LoadUp

5 starsLoadUp is a terrific company and highly recommended. They have it all. Their web site is super easy to navigate and to initiate an order. Their phone help is great too. The best part is you can get a very good price up front, so there are no surprises when the crew shows up for pickup. Our crew was excellent. They showed up on time and were very careful and courteous.LoadUp

5 starsunfortunately we had to return a bed that just didn't work for us. ****** arranged pickup through LoadUp. The return was flawless from beginning to end! The LoadUp team member who called to arrange was kind and efficient and the Loader, ***** was a star! Really careful with my walls and new wood floor (even took his shoes off!) He arranged for an assistant at the last minute when he heard the stair configuration. He wrapped the mattresses so carefully.Professional in every way. I would highly LoadUpLoadUp
