  You service was quite poor. The woman who took the order left off several things we listed together, especially the original purpose for the call which was to bring a new mattress into the house. But your sub contractor, *** the crew lead with Budget Contracting, and their office, on the other hand was both helpful and flexible, so that I mostly able to get the things taken care of that I needed. I did have to pay an additional $200 besides the $291that I paid to you when I placed the order. It was very unclear as to what the breakdown on those charges were, among the other problems. No I won't be recommending Loadup.

Again, let me share my apologies for any confusion and issues with your pickup.  While I am pleased everything was taken care of and ultimately we were able to refund the additional money, our goal at LoadUp is to provide customer service excellence and full honesty and transparency in our services and pricing.   Very bad experience! They are crooks! I was waiting 6 hours they never show up and then I call and ask my money back but they refuse and refund just half after few of my calls. They want you to pay upfront and then after you pay they are trying to find some local mover in your area. If they couldn't find and you ask money back they return only half what you pay. Do not recommend and will never use them again.

  I would never use or recommend this service. I scheduled and paid for a grill pickup online. I received a call from to confirm my pickup and the representative told me that it would cost $55 more than their guaranteed quote. I put a description of the grill in my initial online quote. It was a full-size grill with a small refrigerator built into the bottom. I told the representative that I would not pay any more for the pickup and that they should just refund my payment. The representative asked me to wait and came back and said everything was a go. He called me back 15 minutes later and said I needed to send them photos so he could confirm the pickup. Once again, I told him I did not have time for that and to just refund my money. He said they could not pick up my grill for the original guaranteed amount and tried to upcharge me again. I told him no and to refund my money. He said he could not, so I went online and requested a refund. They only refunded a portion of my payment and so I sent an email asking for the balance. They never responded and charged me a cancellation fee for a service they could not perform for the price they guaranteed. This is a shady company. I called a local company and they picked up for less than half of what Loadup was charging me.

  My first time using LoadUp and all went smoothly. I scheduled a furniture removal for next day in the 8am-12pm window. They arrived at 10:45 and were very courteous.They were very cautious as they moved the furniture out and were done in about 15 minutes.I was very pleased with the entire process.
