1 starI would never use or recommend this service. I scheduled and paid for a grill pickup online. I received a call from to confirm my pickup and the representative told me that it would cost $55 more than their guaranteed quote. I put a description of the grill in my initial online quote. It was a full-size grill with a small refrigerator built into the bottom. I told the representative that I would not pay any more for the pickup and that they should just refund my payment. The representative asked me to wait and came back and said everything was a go. He called me back 15 minutes later and said I needed to send them photos so he could confirm the pickup. Once again, I told him I did not have time for that and to just refund my money. He said they could not pick up my grill for the original guaranteed amount and tried to upcharge me again. I told him no and to refund my money. He said he could not, so I went online and requested a refund. They only refunded a portion of my payment and so I sent an email asking for the balance. They never responded and charged me a cancellation fee for a service they could not perform for the price they guaranteed. This is a shady company. I called a local company and they picked up for less than half of what Loadup was charging me.

5 starsMy first time using LoadUp and all went smoothly. I scheduled a furniture removal for next day in the 8am-12pm window. They arrived at 10:45 and were very courteous.They were very cautious as they moved the furniture out and were done in about 15 minutes.I was very pleased with the entire process.Review fromCarole R

5 starsThe person who came to pick up my sofa was professional and efficient! He did an amazing job in taking it off my hands! Now I have a whole lot of room in my apt! Thank you so much! The price for the service was amazing! 79dlrs for exactly what I needed! I didnt need to pay an extra 100 or even 200 dollars for truck space! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LoadUp! Dont doubt it is a legitimate business and they are fast and efficient! I will decently be using them again if need to in the future! Happy Customer :) thank you!LoadUp

5 starsVery friendly and helpful company! We had a bunch of old, junky furniture that needed removal including a large couch. We were expecting our driver on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but his truck broke down! **************** at Go ******************** got me rescheduled right away for the Friday after the holiday and were very apologetic. The new driver called on Friday morning and gave an estimated time of arrival. He was even able to come a little sooner! He and his partner, his son, did a great job, especially with the difficult-to-remove couch. I highly recommend Load Up and will use them again when the need arises.Review fromCathy B
