1 starI chose this company, as they offered service on Sat, ****. I had new furniture coming that day. I checked every hour and tracking said they were coming 8am-8pm. I called at 2pm and was told they were "having trouble finding someone" but still on for Sat. Finally got a call at 530pm that they weren't coming. Couldn't come the next day either. I had to take the morning off today (Mon) for them to come. I missed a full day Sat, stuck at home waiting, couldn't move freely around my apt because the new furniture was delivered Sat, and missed 4 hrs of work today. 48hrs late with no offer to discount for their poor service. I will never use again and will spread the word about how I was ripped off by LoadUp.

We pride ourselves on delivering superior service for each and every customer and it appears we may have not met that standard in your circumstance. There are times when there are factors out of our control that result in a delay or rescheduling of service. 5 starsThe 2 guys that came and picked up my item were really nice and helpful. My dog liked them and one of the guys said he was a cutie so that's a major plus for me LOL but no seriously they were friendly and fast. They didn't linger or anything and they also called oike I asked so I had time to put the other dog away.LoadUp

5 starsFantastic company. Made the appointment on Monday and the truck was here at noon on Tuesday. Up front pricing and no problems. Kept me informed via email of the status of my order and the status of the pickup. I will definitely use this company again. I have a lot of junk to eliminate.LoadUp

1 starIt's a bait and switch company. They give a low quote to "lock in a guaranteed price" and get your business , charge your credit card in advance and once they arrive to do the pickup, they verify the order and bump up the price because of small mistakes made by the person who did the quote. In my case, the price went form about $700 to $1100 because their quote was for flat screen TV's instead of Tube Tv's, forgot to include the sleeper inside the sofa, and quoted of tube TV instead of projection TV. The problem is that everything was quoted after sending pictures and descriptions of all the items to be removed (60" ********** projection TV, sofa with bed inside, 2 large TV's, etc). I had to keep the TV's and a couple of tables in my garage to keep the price at $700 because this company would not work with me on price even though it was their mistake. Their guarantee does not mean anything. They know that once they arrive at the pickup location, they hold all the cards because they already charged your credit card and their cancellation policy is very costly. BTW, I was offering to pay an extra $100 because of their mistake in quoting, but they would not accept,LoadUp
