    Price was reasonable. Communication was clear. Even when an unexpected truck issue caused a need to reschedule, they were fully communicative and met my schedule requirements to the best of their availability!

    My order went through well. I had two heavy couches to move out. They showed up on time. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. Service was great. People were polite and professional. I would use them again.

    Pick up window was between 8a-12p. They showed up around 9:30a. Friendly, courteous, and went right to it getting the items moved out. Booking the appointment online was a breeze and the amount charged was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

    The process of scheduling an appointment was extremely smooth. They communicated with me every step of the way before and after the job was completed. I had a very good experience with the loader being attentive when removing a very long wooden sideboard. Every attempt was made to be careful with the furniture and when moving through my house. I would use this company again as it was almost immediate gratification from scheduling to pick up. I highly recommend them to others as well.

    They came and they had no room in their truck so when they were loading up my belongings they spent over 30 minutes trying to rearrange the truck so they can fit everything . They could not fit everything so they pulled random things out including somebody else's mattress and laid it on my front lawn, including some other things like a cinder block and one of those furniture moving pulley. It's all just random junk in the middle of my yard. I wish I could attach a picture. I ordered a bed bundle with Nectar and they set up Loadup up for me. (This was done because I requested white glove delivery and it was easier for them to add the service versus cancel and reorder my purchase.) I tried to contact load up directly. So far it's not been successful but nectar said that they're taking care of it and we will see how this is turns out. So far I would say it's been disastrous working with load up since they left somebody else's mattress in the middle of my front yard including other trash! They promise to come back after they unloaded and they obviously did not. I would have been really flexible had they said we have to come in the morning but they just completely ghosted me. They didn't try to contact me and then when I received the email saying that my order was complete they changed my name on it. So my best guess is that they sent it intentionally messing with the paperwork, trying to avoid some issues.

    Placed an order to get a bed, box spring, and frame picked up. The day I scheduled for, I got a confirmation that someone was on the way and they never came in the 12-hour window that was given. I called customer service, and this is where you get that extra 2 stars, ***** answered and this guy was great! He was kind and helpful and rescheduled my pickup for the next day. Next day rolls around, no confirmations this time. I texted customer support, their "faster" way to receive help. Got some cookie-cutter canned response that someone would contact me. An hour later, still nothing. I called the same number as the day before, goes to voicemail. I text again, nothing. I call again. I call some more. Eventually, I got a response. It's *****! He's once again helpful and tries to help but nobody took my order. He processed my refund.

    I was pleased with LoadUp service from booking the appointment online to day of service. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to *****- GotJunk, whose service we have used in the past. We also had multiple change orders prior to service appointment date; customer service was always friendly and helpful. We had 15+ items to be removed including 2 pianos. Items were also on multiple levels of the home. **** and his staff called to confirm arrival time within my time window and arrived within 10 minutes of estimated time. They were professional, courteous and careful during the removal of items. The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because they were unable to disassemble the downstairs piano. However they did discuss a follow up plan to have that item removed in a timely manner.

    Load Up is superior to 1-800-GotJunk in three waysthe quote is upfront based on pictures or standard items and its locked down. The representatives on the phone are super helpful and responsive. The gentlemen they send are professional and get right to it. 7 large items removed in less than an hour and done carefully.
