    My phone call to schedule was very simple and was very pleasant. The two gentel.en that showed up to pick up king mattress and box springs were also very professional, kind and courteous. I called three different places in ***************** and no doubt in my mind I picked the right team to help me properly get rid of my mattress. I would highly recommend and if there was a five plus star they deserve it.

    After getting my appointment canceled two times in a row by Loadup because the loader assigned to me was sick or bailed, on the third attempt at pickup the loader completely missed the appointment and was unresponsive when I attempted to call the number given for them.

    ***** was very knowledgable and helpful! The process to create the order was very simple on the website. **** was very communicative, arrived when she said she would, and got everything into her truck and out of here!

    My 2nd time using Loadup and i can definitely say there a great company both times my loaders took care of business and made sure i was satisfied with my service i will definitely contract them again and i recommend for anyone looking to get rid of junk

    Don't trust or do business with a company that doesn't have a customer service line like **********************. They take your money up front, and you don't have the option of cancelling when your loaders are more than 4 hours late. They give you the illusion of ***************** but there is none. Any attempt to contact "customer service" leads to a dead end. I was given a 4 hour window (4pm-8pm) for my workers to arrive. I was first told 4pm which is what I requested, it was pushed back to 6pm, then 7:30pm (which is when I tried to cancel and get a refund), they didn't arrive till 8:35pm. This delay cost me money and time, and I wasn't offered any discount for their breach of agreement. I strongly recommend that you don't do business with LoadUp!
