1 starCommunication was nonexistent. They did not properly prepare their loaders for the job so it was left incomplete - they still took payment and gave only a partial refund. Management stiffed the loaders for not completing the project, due to management's lack of diligence over the project. The loaders were Savannah ************ working for extra money. Great guys. It's the management and customer service and the unethical business practices that make me regret using them. They were indifferent that their mismanagement caused me major loss in the midst of grieving the loss of my mother, which is why we hired help. Find a company that cares about people over profit...and takes pride in doing the job well and making things right when they don't.Review fromBetty D

1 starThey arrived with the strong odor of Marijuana, they looked at my sofa and determined it will not fit through the door. I then asked them to please take the mattress up, and of course I had to help in that. Then they started with items that require 1 person to carry and both took ends. It was at this point I had enough and sent ***************** a away . Also my downstairs neighbor thought we were smoking Marijuana in the halland threatens to call the landlord. I hate the smell and those 2 guys leaked. P.s. the only reason I give it a star is because it won't post.Review fromRenee M

5 starsI recently had the pleasure of working with Load Up, and I can't recommend them enough! I needed two old mattresses removed while I was out of town, and the entire experience was seamless. They kept me updated on the timing, so I never had to worry, even though I wasnt home.The Load Up team was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took care of everything quickly and respectfully, making the process stress-free. Plus, their pricing was far more affordable than the quotes I received from three other companies. It was honestly a great value for the quality of service they provided.If youre looking for a reliable, friendly, and budget-friendly junk hauling service, I highly recommend Load Up. Their team went above and beyond, and Ill definitely be using them again in the future!
