1 starDon't trust or do business with a company that doesn't have a customer service line like **********************. They take your money up front, and you don't have the option of cancelling when your loaders are more than 4 hours late. They give you the illusion of ***************** but there is none. Any attempt to contact "customer service" leads to a dead end. I was given a 4 hour window (4pm-8pm) for my workers to arrive. I was first told 4pm which is what I requested, it was pushed back to 6pm, then 7:30pm (which is when I tried to cancel and get a refund), they didn't arrive till 8:35pm. This delay cost me money and time, and I wasn't offered any discount for their breach of agreement. I strongly recommend that you don't do business with LoadUp!Review fromJacky S

5 starsThis company is absolutely the best to work withthe communication is top notch. They were correct when they said you point and they remove!! Scheduling was so easy and they did within the week of us scheduling. Fast service, and complete. The quote was less than we expected for the huge job we had.
