    Had a pretty seamless experience. Mover came in the 4 hour requested window but alittle after the 1 hour window estimate I got the day of. Mover came prepared with a dolly and took the items in a couple of minutes.

    AVOID! This business is a scam. Ive booked furniture removal on 5/4/25. Selected a time (8am-12n) and date for pick up. Day ofNO CALL/NO SHOW. texted the number provided no reply call the number provided received the following message, the person are trying to reach has not set up their voice mailbox.I sent an email explaining that nobody called. Nobody showed up. They replied and told me my loader ill be arriving between 5 PM and 6 PM. Again, NO CALL/NO SHOW. Asked for a refund twice and Im getting the run around. 100% unreliable.

    Load up was very professional. ***** kept me informed of his time and even adjusted the time to accommodate something that came up and I had to be at a certain place. People at the call center were great and I give thumbs up to load up and *****. Great job and thank you.

    Easy to use website and quick access phone response to a question or two. Driver arrived within 10 minutes of opening range time. He and his assistance were prompt in their loading job and both were very pleasant and courteous. This was our first use of LoadUp and we will use them again should the need arise as the price was reasonable and the overall service was excellent.

    Loadup is a better alternative to Thumbtack and 800 junk. Their prices are better;straight forward and they arent charging inflated prices. The website is easy to use, you pick the time, tell them what you need hauled away, you receive a confirmation and a contact with estimated time of arrival. Thank you! Especially thank you to the two who just arrived on a Friday evening of a long holiday weekend to complete the job. Much Appreciated! Also, all those at the call center were helpful, patient and friendly.

    Online site was easy to get quote for donation pickup. Good communications from start to finish. Driver and assistant were friendly, professional, quick to do pickup. A little pricey but worth it to donate items. Good items hated to junk it. Donated to **************. Moving so it was a good way to remove items from apartment that I can't take with me.
