  Placed an order to get a bed, box spring, and frame picked up. The day I scheduled for, I got a confirmation that someone was on the way and they never came in the 12-hour window that was given. I called customer service, and this is where you get that extra 2 stars, ***** answered and this guy was great! He was kind and helpful and rescheduled my pickup for the next day. Next day rolls around, no confirmations this time. I texted customer support, their "faster" way to receive help. Got some cookie-cutter canned response that someone would contact me. An hour later, still nothing. I called the same number as the day before, goes to voicemail. I text again, nothing. I call again. I call some more. Eventually, I got a response. It's *****! He's once again helpful and tries to help but nobody took my order. He processed my refund.

  I was pleased with LoadUp service from booking the appointment online to day of service. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to *****- GotJunk, whose service we have used in the past. We also had multiple change orders prior to service appointment date; customer service was always friendly and helpful. We had 15+ items to be removed including 2 pianos. Items were also on multiple levels of the home. **** and his staff called to confirm arrival time within my time window and arrived within 10 minutes of estimated time. They were professional, courteous and careful during the removal of items. The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because they were unable to disassemble the downstairs piano. However they did discuss a follow up plan to have that item removed in a timely manner.

  Load Up is superior to 1-800-GotJunk in three waysthe quote is upfront based on pictures or standard items and its locked down. The representatives on the phone are super helpful and responsive. The gentlemen they send are professional and get right to it. 7 large items removed in less than an hour and done carefully.

  LoadUp was fast and easy online scheduling, and comparable pricing for the area. They sent the right number of loaders to remove the furniture from house, some of which was heavy. The loaders were nice, experienced, professional and quick. They were careful not to scratch my hardwood floors.

  I had an estimate from another company which was more than double Load Up's price and more than $300 over their own" upper range" quote to me over the phone. On the other hand Load Up was very reasonably priced with no hidden fees. The two loaders did an excellent job- professional,efficient, friendly and good communication about arrival tines, etc. Load Up itself was sensitive to my scheduling needs. A really positive experience!

  I truly had a great experience. Within 20 minutes of the email stating they were assigned they arrived. They were friendly and quick. I just had two couches to move so it didnt require a long time. They were here for maybe 25 minutes. Would use again

  I will call them again. Great service. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. I appreciated that because I have a dog to deal with. Again very pleased.

  Loadup junk removal company did a great job with my junk removal. Another company sent out three men to do the job. One man from Loadup did the job.
