    Load Up is superior to 1-800-GotJunk in three waysthe quote is upfront based on pictures or standard items and its locked down. The representatives on the phone are super helpful and responsive. The gentlemen they send are professional and get right to it. 7 large items removed in less than an hour and done carefully.

    LoadUp was fast and easy online scheduling, and comparable pricing for the area. They sent the right number of loaders to remove the furniture from house, some of which was heavy. The loaders were nice, experienced, professional and quick. They were careful not to scratch my hardwood floors.

    I had an estimate from another company which was more than double Load Up's price and more than $300 over their own" upper range" quote to me over the phone. On the other hand Load Up was very reasonably priced with no hidden fees. The two loaders did an excellent job- professional,efficient, friendly and good communication about arrival tines, etc. Load Up itself was sensitive to my scheduling needs. A really positive experience!

    I truly had a great experience. Within 20 minutes of the email stating they were assigned they arrived. They were friendly and quick. I just had two couches to move so it didnt require a long time. They were here for maybe 25 minutes. Would use again

    I will call them again. Great service. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. I appreciated that because I have a dog to deal with. Again very pleased.

    Loadup junk removal company did a great job with my junk removal. Another company sent out three men to do the job. One man from Loadup did the job.

    Had a pretty seamless experience. Mover came in the 4 hour requested window but alittle after the 1 hour window estimate I got the day of. Mover came prepared with a dolly and took the items in a couple of minutes.

    AVOID! This business is a scam. Ive booked furniture removal on 5/4/25. Selected a time (8am-12n) and date for pick up. Day ofNO CALL/NO SHOW. texted the number provided no reply call the number provided received the following message, the person are trying to reach has not set up their voice mailbox.I sent an email explaining that nobody called. Nobody showed up. They replied and told me my loader ill be arriving between 5 PM and 6 PM. Again, NO CALL/NO SHOW. Asked for a refund twice and Im getting the run around. 100% unreliable.
