5 starsJ was the driver and totally into insuring the furniture moved down the stairs carefully and safely. He was the only one sent by the company and truly made sure the furniture was handled well and loaded safely. My sister- **- and myself were made comfortable for the choice of Load Up. It was pleasant and easy is to schedule with *****. Thank you.

5 starsInitial contact was friendly and offered prompt responses, quality quote, ease of payment, and caring personalized assistance. A Loadup. customer service representative kept me in the loop with emails on day the day of service. Local loader made phone contact to tell me when his crew was on the way, and the 3 man crew was courteous, friendly, and worked efficiently. They disassembled a bulky and heavy **************** desk and carried heavy bedroom suite from my second floor. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and will use again if I need a clean out service. Loadup was easy to work with. When reading of some complaints to BBB it seems local haulers may not always be as efficient.LoadUp
