    scheduled a pickup for Saturday April 1 supposed to be between 1-4 pm, leather sofa and loveseat Service was already paid for $134, I waited and waited, no one showed up or called, I had to call them!, sounded like they were in a call center, The rep told that no one had excepted load and could suggest I wait til 8pm or another date. I too had new furniture coming, which since they did not come, I had to resched my new furniture for the following week and find someone to pick up the old, I did trust that they would ever show up, frustrated and ******, I called and told them to cancelled. The rep was kind and and said to me . would like a full refund" I said yes and she said it would be granted. The next day only half was reimbursed!!. I reached out immediately, had to go through seemed like 10 + emails back and forth with different people,they kept telling they would not issue the balance, even after I provided a screenshot off of their own website, stating the policy.. They continued saying there was nothing they could, apologize for the "miscommunication"They are scammers, ... do not participate ,, there are other companies,, some free! which is what I found,, but I'm short $67 that I don't have

    Thank you for your feedback.  I did investigate the situation and let me offer my apologies for what occurred. On the day of your service all our loaders in your area were unexpectedly unavailable or booked which led to our failure. I also reviewed your account for the refund and can confirm there was an oversight in processing your refund.  I have corrected that and issued the full refund that was deserved.  I greatly apologized for this situation and if I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

    So since "customer support" on here loves saying "we cannot find your order" here is my order ID: ****** I booked a move out pickup request 1 month in advance, I told the company 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date that they must honor their 8am-12pm pickup window they had scheduled for me because the freight elevator in my high-rise building cost $200 for a 4 hour window and they do not book past this time. They confirmed 8am arrival for pickup 3 weeks prior. Then on the day of arrival 15 minutes before 8am they text me saying they haven't found anyone. I call them and ask why they didn't give me at least 24 hours notice and then they hung up on me.Then I get a call at ****am saying that they cannot find anyone but they might be able to by 8pm. I told them no because I had already paid for the elevator and my cleaning literally is the next day. She got very spicy with her attitude and told me cancelation was impossible and no refund will be given unless I roll the dice with them that they *might* be able to fulfill by 8pm that day. At which point I returned the favor and hung up on them to contest with my credit card company.1-800 gotjunk fulfilled my order within 1 hour, they were about 50% more but it was worth it to not have to deal with the stress of a company who had no intention of fulfilling our order.Everyone on the phone is from *************** so either #1 this is a complete scam judging by all the negative reviews to fight credit card chargebacks or #2 they undervalue the labor service in hopes a local company will fulfill. I will become a vocal advocate against this company, please avoid at all costs and do not ignore all the 1 star reviews on this site.For reference i'm in ******** ******.

In this case, we missed the **** on the exceptional service, for that I cannot apologize enough.  I reviewed your order and found that our independent contractors in ******** unexpectedly were not available on your day of service. We worked diligently to have them rearrange their workload to facilitate your service but were unfortunately unsuccessful. We then immediately processed a full refund.  Please check your email for the receipt and your bank to ensure you have received the funds.

    I highly recommend it. I am very satisfied. Low cost and awesome guys who removed my junk. cheaper than the competition. I will always use The best part is that you can pay in installments using Affirm. And they email you every step of the way, and they will also send you a link to check the status of when your driver will arrive. *********************** *****

    Excellent and professional customer service from start to finish. Great system of staying in touch with customers. Drivers experienced and friendly. Used them twice and each time I couldnt have been more satisfied with the entire experience.

    These guys are crooks. They will charge you upfront and then when they dont deliver on their promises, instead of doing the honest thing and refunding you, they trap you with another $100+ fees for nothing. Stay away from these scammers
