    I was skeptical about paying up front, but the service was excellent, the workers were kind, the price was right, and the work was done carefully and efficiently. The loaders disassembled and old pergola that was close to the house. It was difficult work. They worked quickly and quietly.

    This is the first time I have used this service. I found it easy to schedule. Communication is good. The people working to pick up items are prompt, courteous and professional. The service is a bit expensive, but well worth avoiding the hassle of disposing of or recycling large items on your own.I recommend this service.

    The driver, ***** was awesome! He was very personal and pleasure to work with. He was here on time and picked up our recliners efficiently. I did inform him that we wanted the recliners to be donated to the VA *************** I would hire LoadUP for future pickups or refer them to others needing this service.

    We hired loadup to pick up bedroom furniture. We have to pay in advance. The pick up window 8a-12p. The loader called at noon and said they won't be here until 2p. 2p comes and goes with no word. Husband tried to call and text and no response. Around 4pm, husband gets a call that they are on their way but they are coming from **********. So they are out of ****** and have to drive right by ** to go to ********** but bypass **. So it's now 7pm, I we haven't heard anything. I reached out to customer service and find out they are not coming. My husband wasted an entire day waiting for them to come. They are going to try and find ** someone tomorrow, Sunday. I have new furniture coming on Monday. No assurance that we have a loader for Sunday. Dont use cause I know I will never use again.

There are times when there are factors out of our control that result in a delay or rescheduling of service.     showed up on **** at 930 am The loader was friendly and got my couch removed within minutes. I originally had appointment scheduled for **** between 8am-12pm which nobody showed and I wasnt communicated with as to what was going on and when somebody would be here to pickup. I had to contact multiple people and waited awhile before getting any response and they continued to push my appointment time back throughout the day as I HAD to continuously get ahold of them. they decided to move an appointment that was later in the day after mine was scheduled for ahead of me pushing my appointment back. nobody informed me of this and I was waiting around all day unable to sleep and had to work my 3rd shift job without any sleep that day because I was waiting for them to show and contact me. I dont understand how somebody else could be pushed ahead of me when there appointment was after mine like they were more important than other customers after scheduling an appointment. then had to get appointment rescheduled for the following day and work without sleep. probably wont use this company again and save myself the headache

    Used this company because of their up front pricing. Signed up for a 8am-12pm pickup time. The 4 hours came and went no one ever contacted me. I reached out to the driver who assured me they would be there by 1pm. 1pm came and went still no one reached out. Finally i contacted their customer service which is all text based and they apologized but would only offer 50% of my money for cancelling even though no one ever showed up. A total rip-off im guessing this happens a lot and people just fork over 50% to them but thats not happening this time.

    Very pleased with LoadUp services. Booked appointment online and paid online. Driver was on time and phoned to let me know he would be arriving shortly. He was a man of his word. Upon arrival "D" quickly got to work and took care of everything. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and efficient. Will definitely use Load Up in the future and recommend their services. A Class Act.
