1 starThis company advertises as a legitimate full truck service etc. I paid upfront for a pickup after seeing on line they would take items to the charity of choice as well. The man showed up in a beat up SUV with a ***** rigged small open storage cage on the back. My furniture which I had specified during pricing for pickup wouldnt even fit in his car/cage. I had a bed frame and dresser. I refused it for it was a joke. They never reimbursed my $124.00 and you cant speak to a live person to save your life. Awful excuse for an organization. 5 starsThe gentlemen were timely, professional, efficient, and genuinely nice people. They helped me finish a last minute surprise project for my sister, which was replacing her primary suite mattress set. I was notified early they were in route and they were perfectly on time. Such a terrific experience from start to finishtheir rates are affordable and reasonable, especially compared to other similar businesses. They seem to care about their customers. We will definitely utilize this companys services again!LoadUp
