  ********* and his team of two others removed my heavy adjustable bed from my third story bedroom without a hitch. Most professional in every way. Could not have been done better. Arrived on time and completed the entire job within 25 minutes. I will definitely use LoadUp for any future needs. I highly recommend this company.

  After reading some of these reviews about people stating its a scam and not to use them, I wanted to leave one to maybe help clear some stuff up. I am an independent contractor and my husband and I own a junk removal business of our own. We are also loaders for LoadUp and have been for over 3 years. Personally we enjoy doing work for them and would give them 5 star reviews all day long. The reason so many people in here are frustrated is because they are a nationwide company and have over a thousand independent contractors throughout the nation doing jobs for them. They cant possibly be able to be on top of every one of them. They do their best to weed out the bad ones by doing background checks and requiring insurance, ect. but sometimes loaders will give subpar or bad service to LoadUps customers and that is where the issue lies. Most loaders do a good thorough job and shouldnt be compared to the few who have not showed up or damaged something. I just wanted to come on here and review them myself as well as maybe help explain why some folks are upset on here. It really is a pretty good company and they absolutely are legit. Just have to weed out the few bad apples, like any company typically does!

  New Junk Pick-up Company to me - found them online. Had to have a chair removed right away. Called and made apt - was able to have it picked up the next day. Given timeline that fit the schedule of the facility where my mom lives. Easy to contact to find out exact time of pickup. Efficient, appropriate price, friendly, and glad this is done. Thank you.

  Stay away from this company. We paid up front to have some items removed and other items moved from the basement to the garage. Two items were unable to be moved up from the basement. Understandable that they were not able to accomplish the task. However, they refused to deduct labor cost that we paid for up front for services that were not completed. I should have read the reviews prior to using them. They contract out their labor so the crews that they get *** not be prepared to accomplish the tasks that are paid for upfront.

  I was skeptical about paying up front, but the service was excellent, the workers were kind, the price was right, and the work was done carefully and efficiently. The loaders disassembled and old pergola that was close to the house. It was difficult work. They worked quickly and quietly.

  This is the first time I have used this service. I found it easy to schedule. Communication is good. The people working to pick up items are prompt, courteous and professional. The service is a bit expensive, but well worth avoiding the hassle of disposing of or recycling large items on your own.I recommend this service.

  The driver, ***** was awesome! He was very personal and pleasure to work with. He was here on time and picked up our recliners efficiently. I did inform him that we wanted the recliners to be donated to the VA *************** I would hire LoadUP for future pickups or refer them to others needing this service.
