  BEWARE, they have no real customer service line and they will take you money even if they never picked anything up. Best you get is customer service via text and they stop talking to you whenever they want.I was supposed to have an air conditioner picked up from the curb, but they took so long that someone else took it. I thought it was load up until their driver called me that night saying he was headed over. So after realizing what happened, I told him not to bother and contacted the company. I didnt hear from them till the next day and they said they would only refund half because they ******* as a cancellation. Which it isnt. Thats also when they stopped responding So yeah I paid $100 for no reason and these crooks will only give me half back.Hopefully I learned my ****** so you dont have to. Avoid this stupid app at all costs.

  The 2 men who were moving a heavy metal bed from my two story home were here on time and worked very hard to remove the bed from a difficult space, particularly when it didn't fit into the stairwell. They worked well together, used my suggestions to help them, were very polite and pleasant. I recommend the team highly - a job well done, with thanks!

  Friendly, efficient crew. ****** arrived within the agreed upon time window. Communicated enroute ahead of their arrival. Got my below ground hot tub disassembled and removed in short order. Good clean=up before they left.

  This was the second time I've used LoadUp to take away old furniture; service was ********************* and his partner were prompt, polite, and took great care removing the loveseat from my home. Highly recommend if you want to avoid the hassle of disposing of un-sellable furniture yourself!

  Please, please, please use another company. They came to my house on the June 30th and did not remove 2 items. They had the wrong email so I wasn't even able to confirm anything. Then when I tried calling with the movers here, I was kept on hold and no one picked up. After the movers left, I found the 2 items that were not taken, along with being charged for "misc. medium unlisted" and "misc. small unlisted". I am being charged almost $800. and I can't get anyone on the phone to go over what I'm being charged for. How is this allowable and acceptable? It is very unfortunate that I have to leave 1 star. I'm guessing the positive reviews were from people who did not have any issues. Lucky them.

  Amazing! They gave us a window of an hour the morning of so we knew when they would come. They arrived in that window. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They moved a very old, very heavy sleeper sofa out and made me very happy. I would use them again. I was very impressed. I was so impressed I decided to write a review (which I almost never do) to brag about the company and how satisfied I am in the end. Thank you LoadUp!
