  I signed up to be a loader. They did backround check came thru just fine. So good to go you would think right nope. Things in my area pops up check the app nothing. Contact there so called support to trouble shoot and was given cheap reply of someone must have grabbed it. Out of 15 notifications a day never seen on in weeks. When ask to help trouble shoot to see if my app was set up correctly they would just say i dont know. So i asked if they where a legitimate company and they locked me out of the app. For every dont give them any money they arent trust worthy in my opinion. For being a loader or a customer they seem to just do what they want a pulling a fast one on hard working people.thanks for let me put my input

  Load Up service was very professional, punctual and efficient in delivering our Avocado Green mattresses, setting them up and taking away the old mattresses. Highly recommend their service.

  I hired LoadUp to help me with my move from a storage unit to my apartment.I provided the moving truck and they only had to provide the workers. I scheduled for the work to start at midday and the workers only showed up at 7:20 pm. Throughout the whole day they kept telling me they were only "30 min to 1 hour away".I ended up doing the whole move by myself and they only gave me half my money back even though I did all by myself. So I basically paid them too love my own things.I understand that there's traffic and some jobs earlier in the day might've made them late but as a business you need to organize better and not charge customers and it's completely your fault, specially when it's something like this where I can't just keep the moving truck for longer than a day.Definitely meet using their services again.

  It was so easy to input what I needed pu led up and have them reply with a quote. The quote I felt was reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for pick up. Although there was a miscommunication as to the time they were to pick up, it was picked up and my husband said they were nice guys! Thank you ***** for picking up our box spring!!

  Terrible in the *******************, **. Had two separate appointments and both times they did not have a driver available to pickup items. Their customer service is also very rude and not helpful at all. I spoke with ***************************** and she was awful, would talk over me, and not helpful to give me a full refund for services I did not receive. Will never use again and will make sure no one I know personally will ever give them business.

  Our loaders, *** and ****, were very pleasant and exercised great care moving the recliner down the hallway and through the front door. Thank you for providing this great service!

  The two movers (***** and his helper) were ********** of time, very kind, helpful and patient. They even offered to move something from one floor to another for me while they were here. These guys were great! 100% recommend!
