  Crew was very respectful of my home, very polite and professional. They were able to remove my items and load them on their truck very quickly and very efficiently.

  This was a local scavenger who showed up 36 hours late. He never called, his truck has no sign, is a Richmond license plate. His beat up F150 was filled with metal. Wheelbarrow, discarded gutters, wood... My apartment complex was destroyed in June. They're making repairs now but high off his a** ******** rolled in like we're all on his time. Called company, called him, called dispatch. Just continuous lies about this obvious SUB, I mean really SUB contractor took the job. Since they never showed up Monday, as promised, and never showed up Tuesday until about _ hours late. BBB should investigate, this is a scam of a business letti v locals collect. And the worst part is at hour 37 when i was still waiting, my 76 year old mother was due at the airport, I CARRIED DOWN MY MATTRESS TO THE PARKING LOT. I DISASSEMBLED THE *** FRAME. I TRIED TO RIP THE ***** APART SO THEZE LOCAL HOSERS COULD GET AWAY ASAP. THE *** FRAME BROKE MY BIG TOE AND I HAVE NO NAIL. ALL BECAUSE I HAD TO GET IT DONE, PROMISED MONDAY DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL, WAS AGAIN PROMISED Tuesday BY NOON. THIS DUDE UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND HIS 80 POUNX WIFE. I HAD ALREADY DONE MIST OF THE WORK. I NOW HAVE NO TOENAIL, AND THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS GAVD MD Z 20% DISCOUNT AND AFTER ARGUING, DECIDED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR ONLY, ONLY THE **** I HAD DISASSEMBLED THE *** FRAME. THERE'S A LOT OF NUMBERS TO CALL, LOad up doesn't care snd the actual driver COULD not even be sober enough to care. They STILL CHARGED ME ROUGHLY $200. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. IT'S Z FRONT FOR SCAVENGERS. Should not even have the BBB in proximity to its site.

  Excellent job! ******* and **** took away a recliner sofa, love seat, recliner chair, old CRT TV and a bunch of other ancient stuff from my basement. They were efficient, professional and knocked out a job that I could not have done on my own. I would use them again. Also, the price was very reasonable.
