    *****, the customer service who helped me set up the day and time of pick up of the merchandise and *****, the driver who picked up the merchandise were both very nice! They are both an asset to their company.

    Horrible and unprofessional company! I get told that my pick up service is going to be over 6 hours late and I'm not allowed to cancel without being charged 50%. Wasted my whole day waiting for the loader to arrive (he was scheduled between 8am - 12pm. I will never do business with this place again!!!

    Do my research. Pick LoadUp 1) b/c it's cheaper than others and 2) b/c of the charitable component. I booked my pick-up for Friday 11/17. Got a confirmation. 11/17, get text asking me to choose a window for 11/18. I choose a window for 11/18. Stuff never gets picked up. Reach out on 11/19 to complain. Am promised my stuff will be picked up today, 11/20 between ****. After following up today, I'm assured someone will be out. Just received text that no one can come today and did I want to reschedule? WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Never again.
