4 starsNice guys but they had to make two trips in their pickup truck. No dolly to help them. They used mine, and I helped them.

5 starsVery professional and polite. I received a call in the morning to let me know the arrival of the movers which was so helpful due to the 4 hour window. The crew arrived right on time with smiles! They loaded my mattress and box spring up, tied everything down on the truck and were gone within 10 minutes. So easy!LoadUp

1 starI was given a window of 4-8 pm for my sofa to be picked up. No one ever came. I tried calling them multiple times, but only got through a couple of times to speak with a representative who couldnt give me any information about what happened. I told them that I needed the couch to be out that night because there was a new one being delivered the next day. They said they would try to have someone come the next morning, but I told them I was working the next morning and no one would be there in the morning. There was no resolution that day. Im had to have my son drive for 2 hours to be at my home in case they showed up the next day. Someone came the next day.They sent me a 10% refund, which is an insulting amount, given their utter failure to provide their service that I prepaid for. On their order form, they say that if there is any delay with service, I would be notified 24 hours earlier, and this never happened.LoadUp

5 starsA family member passed away. I could only be in **********, **, for less than a week to help clear out their apartment. Called multiple donation sites to take away 10 pieces of furniture. No one could help me within my time frame. Found LoadUp on the web. Contacted them on line and set up a pickup appointment for 2 days later. Unfortunately, they couldnt meet that date but instead set it up for the next day, still within my time window. The crew showed up early and were all done in less than an hour. Able to designate a charity of choice to receive the furniture. All coordination with LoadUp done mostly on line, over texts, and a couple of voice contacts. **************** every step of the project was exceptional. They even gave me 5% discount to compensate for the one-day delay inconvenience. Price was fair for what I needed, and when I needed it. All in all, very happy with their responsiveness and service.LoadUp
