1 starYou have got to be kidding me about this company!!!! I had prepaid for a job they had set online. I waited for them to come by to pick up my old insulation as the trash to be removed. I followed all of their directions to letter, and submitted a picture of the junk to be picked up. And they decided it wasn't worth picking up, and drove off. When I called the customer service line, they were asking for more money. So I told them to refund my money, they only refunded half of the credit. I DID NOT PREPAY FOR YOUR SERVICES TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT MY TRASH, JUST SO YOU COULD DRIVE AWAY AND NOT DO THE ******** You would get ZERO stars rating for ripping off the customer!!!! Poor customer service, and false marketing and advertising!!!!

5 starsThese two gentleman were awesome!!!! Not only was it easy to schedule for the service, they were great. And their pricing was definitely budget friendly compared to others. Arrived on time and did a GREAT JOB!! Used them 2x's getting my mothers home cleared out because of it selling. Not only did they get the shop cleaned out with old paint etc, but the second trip they got what remained of the furniture and took great care in dong so. Would use them again for sure. Loadup was less expensive AND they offered so much more in service. ****** and **** helped me to set up my new mattress and frame, move a couple pieces of heavy furniture, and remove my old mattress. They took care with my items and did not scratch anything. I will definitely call on them in the future!LoadUp

1 starThis company is an absolute joke. Terrible communication, terrible problem resolution. Canceled the job three times because they didnt properly communicate with the actual loaders coming for the pickup. Forced me to take a trip across state to be there for the pickup at my rental and then never showed. I had already paid and then paid again and after over a week of wasting my time still hadnt done anything. Worst experience ever..LoadUp

1 starTerrible company to work with.It costs $30 for the background check and it takes 3 weeks to get set up do to the whole prosses being automated and the few sections that are done by humans only work a few hours a day. you do get the $30 back after your first job but they will only send you jobs 4 hours away for $100. (Note: I live within 1 hour of 4 major city's) the closest job I got was 80 miles away for $75... this won't even cover the fuel... after you tell them that you can't do it for that little they will ask you how much can you do it for and they will decline your offer everytime. Since i wasnt accepting any ovlf the jobs they disabled my account and are refusing to give me back the $30.
