    Today I had the distinct pleasure of working with LoadUp today for a simple couch removal. I was assigned a worker for my removal at 8:10 Am. 7.5 hours later I noticed that the tracker is not working. I reached out to customer service only to be informed by *********** that whomever was supposed to complete my service is out sick and that there isn't anyone in my area to do this service. I begrudgingly completed the service myself and since their service was no longer required due to their lack of availability, I asked for a refund. I was informed by *** that I would only receive half of total funds rendered for the service due to them cancelling the reservation since they were no longer required. $80 was paid for a service that wasn't even assigned or completed. Please look elsewhere for any of your item removal needs. This was a complete waste of time and money. **************** is also a text only service & did respond to my inquiries very quickly until I asked about a refund.

    This company wasted my time and refused to give me a refund. Even with no services offered. I have blocked not only 1 number but 5 numbers. The company keeps harassing me. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY JUST BECAUSE IT IS CHEAPER. Find a local company that doesnt contract their jobs and pay a little extra. Save yourself time and money.

    Communication was TERRIBLE!!! I was unable to upload pictures of items to be picked up, and advise the schedulers every time (there were at least 3 conversations) I talked to them. The workers who first showed up had a VAN to pick up a large load plus large furniture. ****** had to be rescheduled, and the second truck was sent to the WRONG address. At least they had enough room to get all of the items. There were 2 addresses on the order - one was the pick up address, and the other was the billing address. I stated MULTIPLE times, the billing address was NOT *****************. The guys who picked up the items were pleasant and efficient. I have no complaint with them. Management needs to go back to customer service classes.I tried to cancel the order and was advised there would only be a 50% refund. TOTAL ripoff!!! i requested a discount because of the screw-**** and was told that was not and option.I will NOT use Loadup again, and would advise if anyone needs to use a removal service, AVOID Loadup.

    1 out of 10 don't recommend. I was looking for a next-day appointment before a busy travel month for work. I called and booked an appointment on 3/31 (Easter Sunday) with a live representative who said nothing about not providing services on the holiday. I was pleased because it was super convenient which is why I was willing to pay upfront. I got a call about 4 hours later from a driver that said they actually don't pick-up on Easter Sunday. When I called to cancel the appointment to make other arrangements (the ONLY reason I booked with them is because they led me to believe they could provide the service sooner than anybody else) I was told they could only refund 80% of the fee.Completely unacceptable given that it was the company's fault to book me for that day in the first place. I contested the charge with my credit card company (*****, who I 10/10 DO recommend) who was able to get me a 100% refund; obviously that was always an option that I was not offered when I called on my own behalf.I don't blame them for not working on Easter; I blame them for booking the appointment in the first place and not acknowledging their error.

Our drivers are independent contractors who go through an extensive hiring process, sign up, and pick up jobs on their own. Our drivers can and will pick-up no matter the day or holiday so if your driver picked up your appointment for Easter Sunday it was up to them to perform the pick-up on Easter Sunday and I am sorry that didn't happen in your situation.     They do not provide their cancellation fees anywhere throughout the order process until you cancel. I cancelled two weeks in advance of the move and still only was refunded 80%. I feel like that's something that should somewhere throughout the order process. Made it an easy decision to never book through this company again.
