Loadup was less expensive AND they offered so much more in service. ****** and **** helped me to set up my new mattress and frame, move a couple pieces of heavy furniture, and remove my old mattress. They took care with my items and did not scratch anything. I will definitely call on them in the future!

1 starThis company is an absolute joke. Terrible communication, terrible problem resolution. Canceled the job three times because they didnt properly communicate with the actual loaders coming for the pickup. Forced me to take a trip across state to be there for the pickup at my rental and then never showed. I had already paid and then paid again and after over a week of wasting my time still hadnt done anything. Worst experience ever..LoadUp

1 starTerrible company to work with.It costs $30 for the background check and it takes 3 weeks to get set up do to the whole prosses being automated and the few sections that are done by humans only work a few hours a day. you do get the $30 back after your first job but they will only send you jobs 4 hours away for $100. (Note: I live within 1 hour of 4 major city's) the closest job I got was 80 miles away for $75... this won't even cover the fuel... after you tell them that you can't do it for that little they will ask you how much can you do it for and they will decline your offer everytime. Since i wasnt accepting any ovlf the jobs they disabled my account and are refusing to give me back the $30. After sending an email they have completely stoped answering me.HUGE SCAM STAY AWAY NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY PROMISEReview fromStephen T

4 starsThe crew were nice and were able to pick up my furnitures quickly but they were late to pick it up. I scheduled the 8am-8pm service. They arrive past 8. It made me worry that they might not show up.LoadUp
