1 starI recently had the pleasure of working with LoadUp Junk removal to donate our washer and dryer, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The ease of the process was great, and we utilized the texted tracking to keep us informed and allow us to know when the loader was en route.The Mbuotidem and team arrived right on time and were kind and courteous. They handled the removal with great care, ensuring not to bump the walls or door frames as they moved the appliances out. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.Overall, I highly recommend LoadUp Junk Removal for anyone looking to donate or discard items. Their efficiency, friendliness, and respect for our home made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

5 starsLoadUp made the process of finding a service to haul away donation items from my parents home super easy and convenient. A service representative called to confirm the rural location in the days before the scheduled pick up. The morning of, I received a series of email notifications about the teams status, which was very reassuring. The team they found arrived on time, were very polite and professional. ******* and his team completed everything in a timely manner, and were a genuine pleasure. I am very satisfied with how LoadUp managed this entire endeavor, and the value for money.LoadUp

2 starsGot a call from ****** saying she was on the way around 4. 2 men arrived around 5:10. They were nice but inexperienced I guess. 4 of my 6 wooden steps now have chunks of wood taken out if them from where their *********************** the steps see my ****** review for photos. 2 stars because they were friendly, however, they did not bring up the damage during the end process.LoadUp

1 starYou have got to be kidding me about this company!!!! I had prepaid for a job they had set online. I waited for them to come by to pick up my old insulation as the trash to be removed. I followed all of their directions to letter, and submitted a picture of the junk to be picked up. And they decided it wasn't worth picking up, and drove off. When I called the customer service line, they were asking for more money. So I told them to refund my money, they only refunded half of the credit. I DID NOT PREPAY FOR YOUR SERVICES TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT MY TRASH, JUST SO YOU COULD DRIVE AWAY AND NOT DO THE ******** You would get ZERO stars rating for ripping off the customer!!!! Poor customer service, and false marketing and advertising!!!!LoadUp

5 starsThese two gentleman were awesome!!!! Not only was it easy to schedule for the service, they were great. And their pricing was definitely budget friendly compared to others. Arrived on time and did a GREAT JOB!! Used them 2x's getting my mothers home cleared out because of it selling. Not only did they get the shop cleaned out with old paint etc, but the second trip they got what remained of the furniture and took great care in dong so. Would use them again for sure.
