1 starSCAM. I would put zero stars if possible. I scheduled a junk removal, I was told over the phone at booking that 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of service. Four days prior to the service I initiated a cancel and they refused to issue a full refund, only 50%. After speaking with them twice they refused to issue a full refund. Charging $400 for a service never rendered is robbery. They also made sure to overquote me, as I requested 2 pickup trucks. The rep I made the reservation with put down two pickup trucks and three smaller ones. They said they would adjust the pricing if the junk didn't fill the loads. So they overestimate, take your money, then run.STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!LoadUp

1 starThey failed completely to notify us that the "loader had bailed" (their words exactly!) when we were finally able to get a response from customer service just before the four hour arrival window closed. We were depending on them as the first critical link in some work on the house but had to take emergency efforts to make it all work. I would never use them again and would recommend that no one depend on them in the future.LoadUp
