5 starsExcellent service! Highly recommend! I purchased a base from Big Fig Mattress, the original company that they sent out told me that they could not put the base together even though I paid for white glove service. The two Men told me that it would take hours To put everything together and that Big Fig made a mistake by allowing me to choose white glove delivery service, which includes installation. I took their word for it because what would I know? I called Big Fig and asked them what I should do and then they assigned another Company by the name of load up junk removal to come out and put the base together. The guys were supposed to come out on Saturday unfortunately couldnt make it, but there were two other gentlemen who came out on Sunday. I think it probably took them 10 minutes to put everything together they were very respectful and polite. **** and his assistant represented their company well, I wish I had cash on me to tip them. I hope this review help!LoadUp

5 starsOne of the employees called and informed me they would be at my home in approximately 30 minutes. They arrived on time. They were very courteous, respectful and prepared. They completed the task at hand in less than 10 minutes. Originally, I had stated everything I needed hauled away would be outside, but I was unable to move it all. I contacted the customer support the morning of to inform them that there would be one item inside. I recieved a prompt response stating they would inform the driver. My experience was top notch from beginning to end. I will definitely use this company again and I would absolutely recommend to anyone that needs this service. Thank you!LoadUp

5 starsTwo very respectful, polite and courteous men, ***** and *** showed up on time and removed a beast of a sectional. Kept in touch with us and their ETA was exactly what they said it would be. Nothing was damaged or scratched. Took before and after photos of work performed. Thank you for your hard work. Definitely recommend these two men and this company. Took order on very short notice as we were having new furniture delivered, also on short notice.LoadUp

1 starI placed an order with loadup for moving household items from POD into the house (we relocated to another city recently and POD came in a day ago). As agreed Loadup team booked time slot 12-4pm for 2 persons to come and help me to move items into the house. Loadup couldn't get anyone to come and help me. At the end of the day after 4pm I got help from neighbor to empty out the entire POD. I canceled the order. Loadup charged me 50% cancelation fee for the 0% service delivery. This is very unfair for consumer to pay cancelation fee without getting any services.LoadUp
