1 starTerrible. I paid up front and loader wasnt scheduled on time. Very bad customer service and will NOT issue a refund even if they dont show up within their scheduled window of time. Read their terms and services carefully and be very careful about paying up front for anything with this company. I learned my ****** thats for sure.LoadUp

1 starThis company has very poor service and customer service. I hired them to load a truck for me. The 2-man crew that they sent showed up late, spent most of their time on their cellphones and did a poor job loading. When I asked them to load the truck and stack things neatly and tightly, I was met with resistance, twice. I had to repack the load twice. Then they decided to leave after 4 hours, but they did not provide 4 hours' worth of work. The next morning, the men did not show. After waiting over an hour, I called the company. They called back to report that they got in touch with the men, and they would not be coming out to complete the job. They offered me another crew instead but reported that crew could not make it until about 3 pm. So, I waited all day for the next crew, who also did not show or call to say they were not coming. Load up refused to refund my money, instead expecting me to wait two more days to have a different crew come complete the job, which, by now I had paid for twice. They would not refund for the poor service despite the photos I sent of the shoddy load, and I had to put as much as I could on the truck myself and leave, as I had a 7-hour drive to the new location. I also could not afford more hotel time and additional days on the rental vehicles. Once getting to the new location and unloading the truck that was loaded by Load Up there were broken pieces of furniture, boxes all over the truck and since most of the items went into a storage unit, I don't even know how much more is destroyed by their loaders. When I reorganized the truck the first time on load up day, I asked the men if they had ever been trained to load a truck as they were just throwing stuff inside. I was advised by *******, that they had never been trained for stacking a move. I Have not been able to get any refunds for damaged items or extra costs due to their poor service. 5 starsExcellent service! Highly recommend! I purchased a base from Big Fig Mattress, the original company that they sent out told me that they could not put the base together even though I paid for white glove service. The two Men told me that it would take hours To put everything together and that Big Fig made a mistake by allowing me to choose white glove delivery service, which includes installation. I took their word for it because what would I know? I called Big Fig and asked them what I should do and then they assigned another Company by the name of load up junk removal to come out and put the base together. The guys were supposed to come out on Saturday unfortunately couldnt make it, but there were two other gentlemen who came out on Sunday. I think it probably took them 10 minutes to put everything together they were very respectful and polite. **** and his assistant represented their company well, I wish I had cash on me to tip them. I hope this review help!LoadUp
