5 stars**** **** is the epitome of a courteous, efficient mover. He singlehandedly moved with a dolly, a 350lb folding Proform treadmill and loaded it on his truck. He then proceeded to move my new 90lb folding treadmill in sections up my stairs and finished putting it together. I tested the treadmill to make sure it worked properly and it did! **** also double checked the screws to make sure they were very secure.I couldn't ask for better service or a nicer mover!****** *.

5 starsCommunication and flexibility were good. Two gentlemen came when scheduled and removed lots of heavy items. They were polite and efficient. Cost was reasonable. I would use them again.LoadUp

1 starThe crew that eventually showed up was great, but this is a very dishonest company.The time frames mean nothing. They can show up anytime from 8am- 8pm. Want to cancel (after they miss a 4 hour window by an additional 4 hours) they charge you 50%.The supervisor has no power to do anything and lacks the absolute basic customer service skills.Any negative comments on ******** are deleted immediately. They are obviously skilled at covering up their shortcomings, but not solving actual customer issues.Find a local company, not some faceless company that just subs out work and puts the customer last.LoadUp
