  My driver was great but I didnt know he was 2 hours away. That portion wasnt shared by the **** so I felt bad regarding that but otherwise service was superb!

  Horrible to work with. First I booked a time and date more than a month in advance of the needed date of service. And paid for it! For the next three days, I had a salesperson calling to book an appointment thats already been scheduled and paid for! I called twice to get them to stop calling. They finally stopped bothering me. Then. Crickets. Nothing. No contact. I contacted them a few days out to confirm everything was fine and theyd be there as scheduled. I also requested they come earlier within the four hour window, rather than later. The *** said theyd make a note. The day of service, I was supposed to get an e-mail and a text, by 8am, with the name of the loader and a better idea of the time. Nope! Nothing! I had to call them. They said I was scheduled and gave me a number to call the loader myself. He said he wouldnt be at my place until after the scheduled service window. This set me back as I had other commitments. As they couldnt honor their commitment, it made me late for my commitment. Once the loader arrived, they had a regular van. Way too small for the load as listed. They had to strap the mattress, box spring and sofa to the roof! Talk about ******* Hillbilly! Not professional, at all. And, I find, the loader is a contractor and doesnt work for LoadUp. He told me he didnt get the job until a few minutes before I called him. They should have been scheduled several days in advance, not last minute. It seems LoadUp has a serious communication issue as well as a scheduling problem. I cannot recommend the company an, further, I dont trust them!

  Exceptional crew. They went above and beyond expectations. We needed to reschedule an organ removal at the last minute and they obliged. Communication was great. Value was great! Service was as requested! Will definitely hire them again.

  Today is November 16, 2024 @ 5:39pm central time. I place a order for my couch/loveseat to be removed driver never showed up to pick up my merchandise instead he came took a pic in front of my house and took a pic of some grey couch on his truck that was not mine now yet he completed the order at 1:50PM central time. At 3:25PM I get a text asking for a pic of what I need to be picked up then at 3:26pm they post pic showing the front of my house and a pic of it on the truck. why pic wasn't post before I sent the color of my couch/loveseat. Loadup are rip-offs. I called and talk to several people and they had reschedule my picked up then I get a called saying it's cancelled cause it already been picked up which is not true I'm so ****** off cause I received new furniture today now my apartment overly crowded. I will be filing a dispute with my bank for a full refund on November 18, 2024. I wish I could upload a video of my living room to show that the couch/loveseat still in my house at 6:15pm central time. This is my first time using them I will never use Loadup again.

  LoadUp is amazing! They were here in our remote location the very same day that I requested an appointment and showed up at the exact time. They lowered the adjustable legs on our wood frame bed base. They had to remove the king-sized Avocado Luxury Mattress and plush topper which in their words was the heaviest mattress they have ever lifted, and this is what they do every day! The did so very carefully and with ****** I can now get in and out of bed without a stepstool. We are so grateful to this terrific company. If we have a need for their services in the future, they will be our first choice.
