    I agree with the other reviewer. Not outright a fraud but a crummy website that indicates it is free then after you spend a lot of time filling in information they hit you up for money or a subscription and hold your document hostage. Obnoxious I am not giving them a *****.

    This customer registered an account under the email address *********************** to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on October 17, 2023. This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members, which was utilized to download a XXXXXXXXXXX Professional Letter of Resignation Form. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use as well as reiterated prior to the initial download when activating the subscription. We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer in their activation confirmation email. 


    All customer communication and activity are timestamped for quality assurance. The subscription was never canceled during the 7-Day Free Trial period, and our system collected the initial payment following the end of the trial on October 25, 2023. The customer didn't contact our Customer Support Team until this past Thursday, November 2, 2023, following the successful payment collection attempt on October 25, 2023. Upon contacting our support team via live chat, our agent informed the customer that we did not have a record of prior cancelation on her account, and that our system timestamps all customer activity and communication. The customer left the live chat, so our agent canceled the subscription (at period end).


    Though canceled, the customer still has access through the remainder of the billing cycle ending on November 25, 2023. The agent sent a follow up email with confirmation of the cancellation at period end immediately following the live chat on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 7:07 PM EST.

    Seems like a scam sight. I canceled the subscription and they still tried to bill me. When I logged into my account it says I have no active subscription but JUST tried to charge me. I do not recommend..

    This customer registered an account under the email address, ******************* to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on September 15, 2023. This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members which was utilized to download an IRS Form W9. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use as well as reiterated prior to the initial download, when activating the subscription. We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer.


    The subscription was never canceled during the 7-Day Free Trial period, nor anytime after until contacting our Customer Support Team on September 25, 2023. We attempted to collect the initial monthly charge following the end of the trial on September 23, 2023, but the payment collection attempt FAILED. Our system attempted to collect the outstanding balance again on September 25, 2023, and that transaction FAILED as well. Our agent informed the customer that their subscription was canceled and that we would no longer attempt to collect the outstanding balance. This customer's subscription showed as "inactive" upon sign in due to the outstanding balance being owed.


    For clarification, we offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without having to register an account or enter any billing information. If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software, that service comes with a premium plan.     Scam website. After spending a lot of time compiling and entering data, at the end it forces you to give them your e-mail address. THEN after that, it forces you to enter your credit card number! Even for a free trial. This is like a ************ **** who lets you take a picture then afterwards tells you "That'll be $20". Poor business ethics.

    BEWARE!!! They stated that you could cancel at anytime and the first week is FREE. So I used their services for what I needed and canceled the same day and they STILL TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD!!! CROOKS!!! Don't fall for this scam like I did!

Though the cancelation was processed by our agent at the time of your request, the cancelation was not recorded properly with our merchant provider due to a simple human error. For that, we apologize, and have already addressed the issue with the agent and our merchant provider directly. 

    Though the subscription's 7-Day Free Trial concluded, no successful transactions posted to the account. We can confirm the subscription is canceled in its entirety, and the account will not be billed in the future.
