    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I spoke with a guy who identified himself as ***** in corporate who acted as though he owned the company. He was rude and careless. I told him the company charged me 5 times after I cancelled the subscription, and he literally didn't care. He said doesn't matter because his timestamp does not show that. I never downloaded 1 form but this company still charging. I am forced now to make this a legal matter and **** I hope there's a class action lawsuit started against this type of fraud and this company. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said he's the only person that will speak to me. This sorta behavior is odd for a company that wants to give legal documentation out.

    Hello ***,

    We value our customers, so I called you directly as I felt a callback was warranted, though escalations typically do not move past the desk of the Customer Support Manager. I reviewed your account, and listened to your phone call with the manager prior to our conversation yesterday.

    We value your feedback, and I apologized as the call could have been handled better based on the situation.

    Though our refund policy only permits refunds to be issued for charges incurred within the most recent 30 days without a cancelation, our manager processed an additional refund, 2X eForms policy, during your initial call. Our support team has restrictions on their access and abilities per our Terms of Use, and our manager overrode our system to process the additional refund outside our policy.

    I went over escalation process, and I explained the activity on the account. As discussed, your account was used to previously sign up for a Monthly Subscription Plan back on July 31, 2020, and you canceled during the new member 7-Day Free Trial, never being charged. The subscription was reactivated on July 21, 2022 when a XXXXX Residential Lease Agreement was successfully downloaded.  All customer activity is date and time-stamped, and though notifications were sent at the time of each renewal, I confirmed there was no cancelation requested since your reactivation in July. As there was no cancelation, the account was billed for the additional months the subscription was active.

    After speaking at length with you relating to our subscription model, our escalation process, the activity on the account, and how we value our customers, we came to a mutual understanding on our business model. I assured you during our call that your feedback was heard, and I followed up directly with the manager yesterday to discuss the call in question, addressing your concerns. After reviewing your account, I saw that you did not have any activity since the reactivation, so I processed additional refunds during our call for your months of inactivity, though well outside our refund policy parameters.

    Our customers are the foundation of our business, and we always strive to provide excellent customer experiences. As there is always room for improvement, your feedback plays an integral role in our growth and continued success. 

    You informed me that you had already submitted this review immediately after your initial call, but you planned on replying and updating your rating based on our conversation. I am happy that we were able to connect, and am pleased to hear you plan on utilizing our services in the future.
