We are respectfully requesting that this review be removed or amended as it was left in error by the reviewer. This reviewer contacted our customer support department via email yesterday, July 10, 2024, claiming they didn't know what the charge was for. They threatened "legal action and to leave negative reviews to online review sites."
Our support agent replied to the reviewer's email, explaining what the charge was for, canceling the subscription, and processing a refund for the charge as a one-time courtesy. The reviewer replied to our agent's email, apologizing profusely, realizing it was something they needed, and asked to reactivate the subscription.
We ask to please have this review removed from our business profile based on the reviewer's admitted error.

After receiving this review, we researched our database and confirmed that this reviewer registered an account, but never signed up for any of our premium services or entered any payment information.
To clarify, we offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without registering an account or entering any billing information. Every FREE form is available per compliance standards in Adobe PDF, ********* Word, or as an ODT file on that specific form's webpage on our site. Users can download our templates completely FREE and never have to register an account or enter any personal details or payment information.
If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software instead of downloading the FREE form, that service comes with a premium plan. All plan and pricing options are listed in our Terms of Use, reiterated before checkout, and are displayed in full transparency on our pricing page and in our FAQs.
Customers have the ability to obtain their ********************** for FREE, even after utilizing our form-filling services, as our Monthly Subscription Plan comes with a no-obligation 7-day FREE Trial for NEW MEMBERS. Customers can use our form-filling software and download one (or every form on our website) completely free within the 7-Day Free Trial period. The account will not be charged if the subscription is canceled within the trial period. Though we offer the free trial with our Monthly Subscription plan, users have the ability to download our forms for FREE at any time without ever registering an account or entering any personal information by downloading our free templates.

No I could not access the form I filled out for free. It was just a scam. I waste time filling out the online form and then your company charges me to view it. That is why I deleted it.Review fromCourtney P

1 starThis business charged my credit card. I called them the day it was charged and told them i had tried to cancel before the charge and they wouldn’t help. Customer service was not helpful and didn’t care that i tried to cancel. It was like he said we already charged you and noticed you went on the account today so there is nothing we can do about it. This business is a complete ripoff and scam. Do NOT do business with eForms. They will RIP you off!!! Not a happy customer.EForms.com

We respectfully request that this review be removed as it is not representative of the account holder's activity, nor the interaction with our customer support staff. All customer activity and communication are timestamped for quality assurance. This customer created an account and registered for our Monthly Subscription Plan that comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members on July 13, 2024.
There was no cancellation request made within the initial free trial period, so the account rolled over into the initial monthly billing cycle on July 19, 2024. Following the charge, the customer logged into their account and downloaded a form multiple times within the active billing cycle prior to canceling the account at period end. After canceling at period end, the customer called our customer support department requesting a refund. Our agent reviewed the account activity with the customer and informed her that the account was marked as ineligible for a refund per our Terms of Use due to no cancellation being requested within the 7-Day free trial period and the download activity within the active billing cycle, following the initial charge.
We would normally be open to offering a courtesy refund if there was no activity following the initial charge, but as our services were utilized during the active billing cycle outside of the free trial period, we have to abide by our Terms of Use. The terms of the Monthly Subscription Plan and 7-Day Free Trial are in our ToS, reiterated at the time of initial download, and an email confirmation is sent with the terms and duration of the trial once the subscription is activated. We provide instructions on how to cancel in our FAQs on our website, and provide a link with instructions on how to cancel in our activation confirmation email.

1 starWill bill you automatically if you don't cancel within a week and will continue to bill you even if you don't show activity on the service. They are willing using a dark pattern to trick customers like me to give them money so they can save writing 50 words on a pdf.EForms.com

We're respectfully requesting that this review be removed as it is not representative of our services offered, nor our business practices. All terms and prices of our various service offerings are listed on our pricing page, and reiterated at the time of premium plan checkout. All customer activity and communication are timestamped for quality assurance.
This customer activated a Monthly Subscription Plan on April 29, 2024, at 8:04 AM EST, utilizing this plan's new member 7-Day Free Trial period to download a Missouri XXXXX XXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX. There was no cancellation request made within the trial period, and it automatically renewed into the initial Monthly billing cycle on May 7, 2024. As with any subscription-based service, it will remain active until canceled, and there was no cancelation made, or requested with our Customer Support Team, within the initial billing cycle. The subscription renewed for the second billing cycle on June 7, 2024, as no cancelation was made in the initial monthly billing cycle.
All customer activity and communication are timestamped for quality assurance. The customer canceled their billing agreement through PayPal following the most recent renewal charge and disputed it directly with PayPal on June 7, 2024.
PayPal conducted its investigation into the dispute and found the case to be in eForms' favor on Monday, June 10, 2024, based on the subscription being activated, digital service being provided, and no prior cancellation requested. eForms must abide by PayPal's decision once a charge has been disputed directly.
eForms received no prior communication from this customer until yesterday, June 11, 2024, via email, solely requesting to cancel his subscription. Our agent reviewed his account and confirmed his subscription was canceled at the period end due to the dispute. Though canceled, the customer has access to his account and all of our services until the end of the billing cycle, concluding on July 7, 2024, at 8:03 AM EST. The subscription will not renew, and the account will not be billed again. Our agent sent a follow up email to the customer confirming this information yesterday, June 11, 2024, at 8:28 AM EST.Review fromHarry Y

We respectfully request that this review be removed as it it is not an accurate representation of this customer's experience. Based on the details of this review, the customer elected to utilize our form-filling software, not download our free form.
If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software instead of downloading the FREE form, that service comes with a premium plan. All pricing options are listed prior to checkout and on our pricing page. Customers still have the ability to obtain their form for FREE, even after utilizing our form-filling services, as our Monthly Subscription Plan comes with a no-obligation 7-day FREE Trial for new members.
All timelines of the subscription and 7-day Free Trial are listed in our Terms of Use and on our Pricing page. They are reiterated prior to the initial download when entering their billing information at subscription activation. Once a subscription is activated, a confirmation email is sent with the subscription terms, the free trial duration, and a link with instructions on how to cancel. We also provide instructions on how to cancel on our FAQ page.
Customers can cancel anytime through their *********************** dashboard, and by contacting support via live chat, email, or by phone.

1 starDON'T FALL FOR THE FREE TRIAL!!!!!! I cancelled PRIOR to the time of expiration & was still charged! When I tried to refute it, a customer rep advised me that not only did I not cancel it, I never even accessed my account. THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE ON THEIR PART!!! I don't care WHAT their end shows, I 100% cancelled on my end (it's a simple click to cancel) & browser history even shows my activity! IT'S A TOTAL TRAP! DO NOT TRY THEM OR, AT MINIMUM; FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL AFTER CANCELLATION TO MAKE SURE!!!EForms.com

We're respectfully requesting that this review be removed as it is not representative of our services offered nor this customer's activity on her account. All customer activity and communication are timestamped for quality assurance.
This customer activated a Monthly Subscription Plan on May 13, 2024, at 4:12 PM EST, utilizing the new member 7-Day Free Trial period to download a Georgia XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXX. There was no cancellation request made within the trial period, and it automatically renewed into the initial Monthly billing cycle on May 21, 2024, at 4:16 PM EST.
The customer contacted our support team via live chat on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 4:30 PM EST, following the charge, stating she logged in and canceled the subscription the day before on May 20, 2024. Our agent reviewed her account and informed her that all activity is timestamped for quality assurance and per the account's activity log, there was no recorded history of a login, nor cancellation on May 20, 2024. Our agent asked if there was anything else he could do to assist, though the customer ended the live chat abruptly without a reply.
Our agent sent a follow up email to the customer following the live chat to confirm he canceled the subscription at period end on her behalf due to the live chat inquiry. The customer has access to her account and all of our services until the end of the billing period, concluding on June 21, 2024, at 4:12 PM EST. The subscription will not renew, and the account will not be billed again.

1 starThis company is awful to deal with. I had a fraud charge for $49. I talked to two separate representatives from their company both refusing to give me a supervisor both telling me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to hear back. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck and $49 is going to cause a lot more issues now when they couldve just refunded me that day dont do business with these ********EForms.com

We respectfully request that this review be removed as this customer was denied a refund due to violating our Terms of Use. Each user is allowed to utilize a single Monthly Subscription Plan that comes with a 7-Day Free Trial period for "new members" only. This customer activated three (3) separate Monthly Subscription Plans under different email addresses, utilizing the "new member" free trial periods under each account. The accounts were activated in January 2024, February 2024, and May 2024. Each subscription was used to create the same forms and this reviewer's name and billing address were associated with each account.
The first two subscriptions were canceled within the 7-Day Free Trial period, so the forms created using our propriety form-filing software (a premium service) were obtained at no charge. When the customer failed to cancel the third subscription within the trial period (though ineligible per our Terms of Use), the account was billed. Our support team informed the customer that the third account was ineligible for a refund due to violating our Terms of Use, providing supporting documentation confirming the violation. Each user is only allowed one Monthly Subscription with a single 7-Day Free Trial as that offer is available to new members only as a way for customers to try out our services without any fees.
Regarding the claim that the customer was refused when asking to speak with a supervisor, management responds to escalations in the order they are received. Once a supervisor reviews the initial ticket, they will respond directly within 24-48 hours, per our SOP. The customer initially contacted our support team on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 2:26 PM EST, and the ticket was escalated to management. Our Customer Support Manager reached out to the customer after reviewing the escalation the same day, at 4:49 PM EST.Review fromElena K

We respectfully request that this review be removed as it does not represent a genuine experience utilizing our services.
This customer registered an account under the email address ***************** to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on January 4, 2024, at 11:16 PM EST. This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members, which was utilized to download a Residential Lease Agreement. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use, on our Pricing Page, and reiterated on the checkout page prior to the initial download when activating the subscription. We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer in their activation confirmation email.
Customers can cancel at any time from their eForms dashboard, via PayPal (if applicable) or by contacting customer support via phone, email, or live chat. A renewal notification and payment receipt is sent by the merchant at every renewal. This subscription was NOT canceled within the free trial period and the customer never contacted our customer support team, nor canceled their subscription directly.
eForms was notified by PayPal on January 26, 2024, informing us that this customer filed a dispute for the initial monthly charge from January 4, 2024, following the conclusion of the free trial. eForms received a notice later the same day, January 26, 2024, that PayPal concluded their investigation and the dispute case was found in eForms favor as no cancellation was made prior to the conclusion of the free trial period and a digital service was provided.
Though eForms canceled the subscription at period end upon notification of the PayPal dispute on January 26, 2024, the customer maintained access to their account through the remainder of the initial billing period, ending on February 12, 2024. The customer logged into the account and downloaded the form again on January 28, 2024.

I will not spend my time looking up the dates, but when I signed up for a free trial, I downloaded one form and canceled my account. I wasn't interested in any other forms or services. Later I discovered that I was charged $49 and it look like my account wasn't canceled. I was trying to get my money back via the same service that I was charged through (PayPal) but wasn't able to because my account was shown wasn't canceled on the date when I canceled it. If you look at all BBB reviews, you will see that it is a common practice of eForms not to cancel the accounts, so they can charge people. They offer a free trial as a mouse trap for customers. eForms understands that not everyone has time to dispute the charges and write back and forth with BBB and they using it to their advantage.
