    Eforms is a bait and switch. You never get the form. If you don’t cancel, you’re charged for a service you never use. When I called and spoke to “Jason” I was stonewalled, talked down to, and not helped. He refused to give me any information or work with me to get my money back for a service I didn’t even know I was paying for! Do not use eforms! They’re a scam& shady!! They practice predatory, horrible business model.

    This customer registered an account under the email address, [email protected] to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on April 18, 2022. The plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members which the customer utilized to successfully download a XXXXXXXXX XXXX Form. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use, and reiterated prior to the initial download when activating the subscription. We provide cancelation instructions to the customer in their registration confirmation email.



    Our system automatically emails a receipt notification of the initial charge following the trial and each month thereafter to the address on file, until canceled. We accept cancelations via phone, email, live chat, or through the customer's online dashboard. All customer activity is dated and timestamped for record-keeping, and per this account's activity log, we have no record of any cancelation requests until the customer's call into our Customer Support Team on Thursday, June 29, 2023, following the most recent monthly renewal charge issued on June 26, 2023.



    As there was no activity following the recent charge, our Customer Support Team refunded the most recent charge per our company policy. Our support team only has access to refund a charge within the most recent 30 days per our policy, so it was processed as such.



    After reviewing the account, leadership overrode the system to process additional refunds outside our refund policy timeframe as a one-time courtesy. They also contacted the customer to discuss the activity on the account, and the additional refunds processed. The support team was trained directly regarding their interaction with this customer and on how to better explain the policies and limitations the support team has.



    For clarification, we offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without having to register an account or enter any billing information. If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software, that service comes with a premium plan. Customers do have the ability to obtain their form for FREE, even after utilizing our form-filling services, as our Monthly Subscription comes with a no obligations 7-Day FREE Trial for new subscribers. All timelines of the subscription and 7-Day Free Trial are listed in our Terms of Use and on our Pricing page. They are reiterated prior to the initial download when entering their billing information.

    We are respectfully requesting that this review be removed due to inaccuracy of this reviewer's claims.

    This customer registered an account under the email address, [email protected] to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on May 19, 2023. This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members which was utilized to download a Georgia Eviction Notice (Notice to Quit) Form. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use as well as reiterated prior to the initial download, when activating the trial. We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer.

    The subscription was never canceled during the 7-Day Free Trial period, and we attempted to collect payment on May 27, 2023. The payment collection attempt FAILED, and no successful transactions ever processed on her account. We canceled the subscription immediately and did not attempt to collect payment again. 

    For clarification, we offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without having to register an account or enter any billing information. If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software, that service comes with a premium plan.

    Customers do have the ability to obtain their form for FREE, even after utilizing our form-filling services, as our Monthly Subscription comes with a no obligations 7-Day FREE Trial for new members. We believe this customer may have been trying to leave a review for another company entirely. 

    For clarification, our forms are available completely FREE as blank, downloadable templates. Users have the ability to download the free template on each form's webpage, and we provide specific instructions on how to download our forms completely FREE without activating a subscription, registering an account, or entering any personal information. The link with these instructions is located on every page of our website in the footer.

    We also have a Pricing Page for customers looking to take advantage of our ******* Services, utilizing our form-filling software. Though these additional (optional) services would require a premium plan registration, we offer a 7-Day Free Trial under our Monthly Subscription Plan for new members who wish to try our premium services prior to paying any fees at registration. Customers can cancel at any time, with no obligation, within the trial period incurring no charges whatsoever.

    The terms of the subscription are listed in our Terms of Use, which our customers agree to at registration, and on our Pricing Page. The terms of the free trial (or any premium purchase) are again reiterated prior to the download of the customer's initial form when selecting a premium service. Our email system delivers a confirmation of the subscription and trial activation, informing the customers of the registration date and when the trial expires. In our FAQs, we address why we collect payment information for our premium services and also How to Cancel a subscription.

    I have tried to cancel my subscription several times and they will not do this and they keep billing me. I want out of this and all my money back since september of 2022

    I set up an account to have access to important documents. I worked for quite sometime to get everything I needed. When I tried to go back into my account the system didnt recognize me. I was devastated as I had put a lot of time into it and now had no access to my documents. I reached out to EForms on chat and the girl that assisted me used her knowledge of the business quickly and did some cross checking on my email and noticed my typo on my email address from when I created the account. One letter was incorrect. I was able to log right in once she corrected the letter I messed up on. I went from frantic to incredibly relieved in a moment of time. Thanks so much.

    This is just an grossly over priced service. It's 100% digital and it is 100% automated, yet it is $39.00 per month. Think about it... What other services on the web are that much per month. It is just too much money for what you get. And, if you forget to cancel it they don't care. Use it or don't use it you are going to pay $39.00 per month. BE CAREFUL! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    This account was used to sign up for a Monthly Subscription Plan on October 12, 2022. This is one of our premium plan options that gives a customer access to our form-filling software and grants unlimited access to all of our fillable forms and services while the subscription is active. For new members, we even offer a FREE 7-Day Trial with the Monthly plan. As with any subscription-based service, it will remain active until canceled and confirmations of the renewal are sent monthly.


    When you contacted us to cancel your subscription on January 24, 2023, our support team reviewed your account's activity log. We accept cancelations via phone, email, live chat, or through your online dashboard. All customer activity is date and timestamped for record-keeping, and per this account's activity log, we have no record of any cancelation requests until your email was sent on January 24th, replying to the January 20th renewal notification.


    As you didn't utilize your subscription following the most recent billing renewal, we processed a refund for your most recent charge as a professional courtesy, as it fell within our refund policy timeframe. Our support team also escalated your inquiry to management for further review, on your behalf.


    Our management team processed an additional refund on this account on January 26, 2023, though the additional refund was outside our refund policy timeframe.We reached out to you via email to confirm your refunds and better explain the details of your account the same day.


    As different customers utilize our services for various reasons, we offer numerous premium plan options. Our forms are also available for FREE as blank, downloadable templates for those that do not wish to engage in our premium plan services. We care about our customers and only wish to provide positive experiences.     HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I spoke with a guy who identified himself as ***** in corporate who acted as though he owned the company. He was rude and careless. I told him the company charged me 5 times after I cancelled the subscription, and he literally didn't care. He said doesn't matter because his timestamp does not show that. I never downloaded 1 form but this company still charging. I am forced now to make this a legal matter and **** I hope there's a class action lawsuit started against this type of fraud and this company. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said he's the only person that will speak to me. This sorta behavior is odd for a company that wants to give legal documentation out.

    We value our customers, so I called you directly as I felt a callback was warranted, though escalations typically do not move past the desk of the Customer Support Manager. I reviewed your account, and listened to your phone call with the manager prior to our conversation yesterday.

    We value your feedback, and I apologized as the call could have been handled better based on the situation.

    Though our refund policy only permits refunds to be issued for charges incurred within the most recent 30 days without a cancelation, our manager processed an additional refund, 2X eForms policy, during your initial call. Our support team has restrictions on their access and abilities per our Terms of Use, and our manager overrode our system to process the additional refund outside our policy.

    I went over escalation process, and I explained the activity on the account. As discussed, your account was used to previously sign up for a Monthly Subscription Plan back on July 31, 2020, and you canceled during the new member 7-Day Free Trial, never being charged. The subscription was reactivated on July 21, 2022 when a XXXXX Residential Lease Agreement was successfully downloaded.  All customer activity is date and time-stamped, and though notifications were sent at the time of each renewal, I confirmed there was no cancelation requested since your reactivation in July. As there was no cancelation, the account was billed for the additional months the subscription was active.

    After speaking at length with you relating to our subscription model, our escalation process, the activity on the account, and how we value our customers, we came to a mutual understanding on our business model. I assured you during our call that your feedback was heard, and I followed up directly with the manager yesterday to discuss the call in question, addressing your concerns. After reviewing your account, I saw that you did not have any activity since the reactivation, so I processed additional refunds during our call for your months of inactivity, though well outside our refund policy parameters.

    Our customers are the foundation of our business, and we always strive to provide excellent customer experiences. As there is always room for improvement, your feedback plays an integral role in our growth and continued success. 

    You informed me that you had already submitted this review immediately after your initial call, but you planned on replying and updating your rating based on our conversation. I am happy that we were able to connect, and am pleased to hear you plan on utilizing our services in the future.
