    This company charged my credit card without my approval. They are trying to sell me a product and I never agreed to the product. I have asked them to refund me fully. The have refuse to refund me back the $200.00 charge. I have also disputed the charge and case with my credit card company. Im requesting for a full refund.

    Due to the dispute with the bank received on May 28th, 2025 we were prevented the opportunity to resolve this matter within the company. The recorded call was reviewed, credit card information was provided, and the charge was authorized on May 21st, 2025. The nature of this complaint will have to be resolved through the financial institution and should be closed.

    5-10 phone calls PER DAY for spam services to every single phone line I have for my business. Ive spoken for hours at this point on the phone with fraudulent ******************************* selling snake oil service for a problem that quite literally doesnt exist. Ive pleaded and begged to be removed from their call list. Ive spoke to countless individuals at this scammers destination and to no avail have I been removed. Its to the point where it is affecting MY BUSINESS because my phone lines are consistently jammed up with BS phone calls with the full intent of shilling a useless service to me that I have expressed vehemently that I do not want.

    I am filing a complaint against Apex media solutions digital marketing for failure to deliver promised services, poor customer service, and refusal to cancel subscriptions and provide a refund.I contracted Apex media solutions to create a website and advertise my business online. The agreement specified that these services would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. However, months have passed, and I have yet to receive the website or any online advertisement.1. *Failure to ****************** Despite numerous inquiries, I have not received the website or online advertisement as promised.2. *Poor ****************** When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the customer service team refused to listen to my concerns and talked over me, failing to provide a satisfactory resolution.3. *Refusal to Cancel Subscriptions:* Despite my requests, the company has refused to cancel my subscriptions and provide a refund for the undelivered services.I am requesting that Apex Media Solutions take the following actions to resolve this complaint:1. *Immediate Cancellation of Subscriptions:* ****** all subscriptions and cease any recurring charges.2. *Full Refund:* Provide a full refund for the services that were not delivered.I expect Apex Media Solutions to take my complaint seriously, take prompt action to resolve the issues, and provide a satisfactory response. If not, I will be forced to explore further action to protect my interests.I certify that the information provided is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge

This review was opened on May 28th, 2025 on a telephone call with the assigned account manager. Apex is already taking steps in order to assist these concerns and we wish for the complaint to be closed.

    It appears this account was terminated upon request. A supervisor was assigned in order to provide a resolution and was unable to get through successfully. We will attempt to reach out again and consider this complaint resolved as we have terminated any future billing.

    This business is harassing me. They call my phone trying to get me to buy their services, and when I tell them no and to remove my number from their call list, they tell me they cant, and keep calling me several times a day. This is harassment!!!

    False advertisement slow response to customers hard to get in contact with they give you the runaround no straightforward answer

    Beginning in March 2025 I contracted with Apex Media Solutions to run a ****** ad campaign for my business Natural Wood Arts. After spending $2875, their ad campaign is not just ineffective, they have completely misrepresented my business in the arts community and have damaged my reputation. Natural Wood Arts is a woodturning business making wood bowls, peppermill, and the like. Their ad campaign says that I design and build WOOD FENCES!!. See the attached sample ads. Apex has been completely unresponsive to my emails over the last three weeks demanding that they stop this campaign and refund my money. When I telephone their billing department they respond that no one is available to talk to me.

    Due to the email sent over to us regarding this matter along with the open BBB complaint we escalated the account for review and supervisor contact yesterday. A supervisor attempted to reach out and was unable to reach him directly. As of a today a dispute through the bank has prohibited us from being able to resolve this matter swiftly and we have been prevented from following our protocol for this matter. It is no longer in our hands. We wish for this complaint to be closed.

    My business canceled service with apex in January 2025, even after having confirmation that the service was cancelled and was no longer being provided, they continue to bill us for service to the point that we had to cancel our business credit card to prevent them from continuing to steal money from us.

    Apex refunded us a portion of the money they took without any contact from me regarding it

     So im assuming they saw the complaint and partially refunded but still refuse to aknowledge this complaint through BBB. I will take their partial refund as proof and admittance that they knowingly kept taking money from my business even after we canceled mutiple times

    they talked me in to a service plan costing several thousands dollars and only sent one invoice for ****** for so many months after and after they called me and told me to pay more for some ****** payment of like a lot more money and i told them no, not at this time back in like end of last year. Haven't heard from them again. I just cant see where they did anything they said they could or would do for a small business

    Apex media called me to solicite advertising and I agreed and paid them thousands of dollars to promote both of my companies. I gave them access to my ****** business accounts and they deleted one of them on ****** I cant get it back. I lost over $100,000.00 in business this company is fruedulent I have called and emailed and they will NOT respond! This is a 34 year old company and everything is deleted on ******

    in the first of this year hired company to get my tow truck company on ****** search under towing ,never happened ,was promised would be done before next bill ,did they ever get it done no ,nothing was visible from my internet search ,and when called just got a laundry list of excuses ,did they ever get it dine ,no ,even messed up account ,still have not gotten issue resolved ,in fact they got multiple accounts suspended
