    Was told they would help my business. And my 17 year old son had just passed from an anyerysm so I wasn't in the right mental state but they got the money and haven't responded . I also have correspondence from the whole mess

    I received a cold call from APEX, They asked if I had any knowledge about voice search. ******, ****** Siri, etc.I have all of the above, All have a information base about my business but are not listed in the top percentile when searching.They sold me on a $225 one time pay program that would have us coming up in the top 3 or top top 5 with-in 30 days.They called back for a phone conference, this was to attempt to sell me other services to promote my business costing from $1500 a month to $5500 a month. I declined the other ********* has been over 2 months, I have reached out and talked to the representatives at **** only to get empty promises. I try on ***** on a daily basis. I go as far as asking for a painting company and use my address, and we get mentioned.I believe they are a fraud business.I signed on to ****** for business and my company is not listed in voice search.I reversed the charges, and would like to warn others...*****

    To ensure we address the concerns revealed to the public; it is evident the recommendation of the upgraded package has impacted the integrity of Apex and has resulted in claims of us being a "fraud company". We are a business and a business in a highly competitive industry. During the interaction referenced along with the pricing points offered to upgrade the package the needs for the  business' online presence were identified, addressed, and the option presented for us to assist further. When it came to the online presence it came recommended to generally address the visibility as it would come recommended for any other client who has a similar status. This was a recommendation not a requirement and enrollment is possible for all of our packages at any time. We apologize if the recommendation was not helpful for you within the process or if had provided a negative impact on your perception of Apex.

    Regarding the successful enrollment a welcome package is delivered via email for each client and for each package available. It was relayed via email and in the customer service interactions following your expressions of concern to access the dashboard invitation that was provided within 48 hours of enrollment to follow the steps outlined to the email on file. The invitation is reflecting as expired on this end. We are more than happy to discuss this further and ensure you are able to log in to the areas outlined for this package and review what has been completed successfully. 

    The latest interaction on 10/31/2025 the account was escalated for management review following a team member not being able to connect with you as the business owner. A message was left with the individual who answered the phone number we have on file. The team member relayed we were attempting connection regarding the account and to assist with the concerns. No return call was logged and as of that date the account was flagged for management review status due to past correspondence received at the beginning of the month from you. You as a business owner and your experience is our priority. We provided a direct line for a return call. Any measures taken moving forward will be completed to ensure the review is expedited on your behalf and that we are able to provide a positive outcome. With all of that being said we are not a fraudulent company and offer a variety of packages in which many clients are satisfied with the results. We are disheartened that this has not been the experience you are relaying and we wish turn that around.

    We would also like to reflect that this formal complaint against our company was placed within 48 hours of the interaction outlined above and on a non operational day. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST. Apex will be negatively impacted for the lifetime of the business due to this complaint along with many others that exist on the page due to circumstances like this. We find that we have not been provided sufficient time to resolve this matter prior to receiving this complaint so we will ensure the current timeline is reflected here. An assigned supervisor will be touching base verbally regarding the account within 48 hours from this response. If we are unable to connect verbally email correspondence will be initiated in order to provide a direct line of communication with a member of the management team.

    I hired Apex Media Solutions in March 2025 to manage my ****** Business page, paying $249 per month. In October 2025, I also paid them $1,650 for a website rebuild and $500 for ****** Ads management.Since then, no work has been completed or delivered. The website rebuild never started, there has been no optimization or visible activity in my ****** Ads account, and communication from their team has stopped completely.Ive sent multiple emails and received only a generic response saying someone would call me, but no one ever did.I am requesting a full refund for the $1,650 and $500 one-time fees, and a refund for the most recent $249 monthly charge, as well as immediate cancellation of any future billing.

    Complaint Against Apex Media Solutions Business Name: Apex Media Solutions Date of Transaction: October 23, 2025 Amount Paid: $129.99 Nature of the Complaint:On October 23, 2025, I paid Apex Media Solutions $129.99. In exchange, the business committed to provide:Monthly optimization of my business on voice search platforms and SEO.An appointment with a senior analyst to connect all of my accounts, show me how to use the software, and provide training.Access to a client portal login.What Actually Happened:The so-called senior analyst I spoke with turned out to be another salesman. They did not connect any of my accounts, provide software training, or give me access to a client portal. Instead, they attempted to upsell me to a $400/month SEO backlink subscription, despite originally advertising SEO at $20/month.During our conversation, it became clear that Apex Media Solutions markets low-cost services to lure in customers, only to pressure them into overpriced, recurring subscriptions. After I declined and asked to be contacted at a later date, the salesman became extremely rude, referenced personal information he found about me online, and behaved in an unprofessional ********* the end of the call, we both agreed not to do business further. However, I was left with nothing in return for my payment of $129.99. The services promised (optimization, training, client portal access) were never provided.Attempts to Resolve:I have attempted to contact Apex Media Solutions regarding this matter, but they have not answered my calls or made any effort to resolve the problem.Resolution Requested:I am requesting a full refund of $129.99, as the business failed to provide the agreed-upon services and instead engaged in deceptive sales tactics.

    Complaint Summary:Company refusing to close my account and continues contacting me after multiple requests to stop.Complaint Details:I have repeatedly requested that this company close my account and stop all communication with me. Despite several written and verbal requests, they continue to contact me for marketing and business purposes.I no longer wish to do business with this company and have made that clear, but they have refused or ignored my closure requests. Their continued outreach has become harassing and unwanted.I am asking that the company:1.Permanently close my account and confirm in writing that it is closed.2.Cease all future communication, including calls, texts, and emails.3.Remove my personal information from their marketing and contact lists.Desired Resolution:Account closure confirmation and no further contact from the company.

    lack of service. they made promises on getting more traffic to my business by getting me more visible on the different search engines.. The last money paid was on 10/5 of 447 dollars. that was for oct,nov,dec . As of today I have had not one call. 10/20/25

    This company would call me almost 10 times per day for months on end. I finally gave in and purchased their Voice search program which was $219 to start then $19 a month. The next day they called me and would not get off the phone until I purchased their SEO program. That was $498 then $249 a month. I was told I could cancel any time. About a month later I went to cancel both programs as there were no results and a waste of money. They cancelled the $19 a month but refused to cancel the $249 a month and said that I had signed a contract for a 12 month commitment. I dont remember seeing any commitment in anything I signed and believe they changed the document after I signed it. So now I am stuck paying a lot per month and there is no proof they have done anything.

    A guy called 8/12/25 about Voice optimization so that when someone one ask ****** ******* etc about life insurance it would recommend The ***********************. I paid $220 that day only to find out later it was a monthly subscription of $20 which is ridiculous after having already paid them the $220. I canceled that subscription immediately so I got no money back and no services. On August 14th I signed up to receive help with my ****** business profile from Apex Media Solutions for $249 a month on a month to month basis. The idea was to get increased exposure and to attract leads to my business. I was skeptical because they were very pushy but caved at the reduced rate. I was instructed to add their email so they could manage my profile and work on my behalf behind the scenes. The first interaction I had with an account manager they asked that I submit photos, description of my business, areas I wanted to attract, business hours and keywords that associated with my services. I sent them everything and nothing got done. They instructed me NOT to do any editing to my ****** business profile because it could create a red flag. I thought that was odd considering it gives you the option to add more than one email recipient that could manage your profile. I only get 30 minutes a month with an account manager which is not much considering I pay $249 a month. I had my first official appointment for a zoom with ***** and he was a no show. I got assigned to ******** and the first appointment with her on Sept. 10th was doing the exact same thing I did with the initial guy **** when I enrolled on August 14th. None of my photos had been uploaded, my hours were wrong, my business description wasn't right, etc. At this point I was getting a really bad feeling that I got scammed. Fast forward, Oct. 6, ****************************************** writing. Oct. ********************************************** but I locked my card. They refuse to cancel and keep calling. They are con artist.

    THESE GUYS ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!!! DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!! READ BELOW FOR MY STORY On or about 6/19, I agreed with Digital Media Solutions to pay them $219.98 to add my company to the top five voice browsers for marketing purposes. This was a one-time payment good for a lifetime. Since then, I have assumed all was well, even though I wasn't getting any increase in business. These things take time. Since that time, I have been unknowingly paying them $19.99/month without my permission; They just kept billing my business card.On Oct 10, 2025, I got a call from someone who told me they were calling because my business wasn't on any of the 5 main voice browser platforms. I told them that this could not be true, as I had already had someone do this for me. They replied that they were looking at the platforms at that moment and that there was no entry for my business. So I asked them to repeat the name of their business, and they replied Apex Media Solutions. I opened up my Rocket Money app and pulled up the name of the company I had paid 4 months ago to do this work, and it was Apex. So when I pressed him on this anomaly, he hung up on me. So I found their number, called back, and the same voice answered. When I pushed him, he hung up. So I called one more time and someone answeredwith a phony female voice and when I told him i wasnt fooled he hung up again. So THESE GUYS ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.

    It was advertised to me that my business would get massive visibility, views, sales, etc, yet nothing has really changed yet I have been paying them $200 PER MONTH for a year! Originally I was told that it was a year long contract, and it was made to sound like it was a single $200 payment for this service. Instead it's $200 PER MONTH and then you're switched between people who pretend to help you, constantly pushing new services, and yet they KEEP taking your money while you gain little to nothing. Then when you LITERALLY CAN'T PAY they'll just keep calling you, and push MORE services on you!

I have received an email that my account has been closed, we'll see if they continue to leave me alone, as around the 1st is when they start harassing me the most. I'm not satisfied necessarily, but I haven't received anything from them since the cancellation email.
