    I am filing this complaint regarding Apex Media Solutions Group for misrepresentation of services, unauthorized billing, and refusal to issue a refund after I canceled their services.---Details of the Complaint:On or around October [7] 2025, I was contacted by Apex Media Solutions regarding marketing and *** services for my business, East Flow Irrigation. They claimed they would improve my visibility on ******, voice search, ********, and other online platforms.They charged me $199.99 for a voice search lifetime listing and $698 for platform listings. I later learned that these services are essentially the same and that they overlapped, meaning I was charged twice for similar work.During a follow-up call, Apex told me I was in a 12-month contract and would need to pay the remaining months in full to cancel. However, the written contract they sent clearly states that I can cancel monthly service anytime by email or mail notice, which I did.After reviewing my situation, I realized the services were misrepresented, and my ****** Business Profile was actually suspended after their edits, proving that their work was either harmful or ineffective.I have since blocked my card, requested a refund directly, and notified my bank of the dispute. Apex Media refused to issue a refund and continued to claim that I am obligated for a full year, even though the contract does not support that claim.---Resolution Requested:I am requesting a full refund of $897.99 ($698 + $199.99) for services that were:1. Misrepresented,2. Not performed properly, and 3.     "Apex Media Solutions" contacted me this morning for services from my business and instead sold me a $199 package. I expressed on the phone I was dissatisfied with their services and felt I was sold a product I did not need but was pressured. I tried to call back shortly after and spoke to a gentleman who said he'd process the cancellation and refund. I never got an email confirming the cancelation so I called back and spoke to ***** on the phone where he expressed "he could not process a refund" even though the website clearly states within 24 hours. I have requested refund multiple times today all within the 24 hour window to no avail.

    Upon review, the account was escalated, flagged for management review, and resolved on the same day. We are very disheartened to see this formal complaint against the company. ***** is a customer service representative who is unauthorized to approve any compensation or refunds for clients. He followed the outlined company guidelines and protocol in place in order to ensure the account was placed within the hands of management swiftly. We find that this complaint, which will smear the company reputation for the lifetime of the business, was left prematurely.

    Apex Media is not a company that claims or guarantees absolute perfection with every client that would be fraudulent and misleading. If anything negative transpires or a situation must be addressed we do our utmost to rectify, maximize, or enhance results received or the experience that our clients have. Apex Media is a company that is resolution based and strives to achieve the goals outlined by our clients for their online presence. 

    We were not provided sufficient time to ensure a resolution to the concerns that were expressed during the call with customer service without this being public information. It is unfortunate that we see this consistently occur with our complaints. With that being stated the majority of the time a resolution is provided and we are able to part ways amicably or on a positive note. It is impossible to know within 24 hours whether our management of the business' online presence would have been successful or not. This account has been closed as previously mentioned. There will be no future billing from **** and we wish the best of luck in future endeavors!

    4/5 is when I signed up with the program so they could help me strengthen my maps listing quickly to get me moved to better ****** maps position . 3 months in I noticed theres no change up and no one was contacting me so I contacted them and found out I was lied to about what was being performed . And the young lady I had was no with them any more . I wanted to cancel but they passed me to another gentlemen named ****. And **** reassured me he could get this straightened out . And nothing has gotten better I actually went backwards on my maps listing from number 21 to number 23 meaning farther down . So one time I contacted them about there terrible services and a young lady tried to bully me into buying additional programs for a simple maps listing I refused. And she told me that even though I wasnt happy I could not cancel because they have me on a contract which I had no ideal I signed . This has been a run around nightmare. I just want a full refund , and to cancel my services and I dont recommend this business to no one . Misleading and manipulating and very over priced to do maps listing .

    I am rejecting this response because: no one has contacted me . The only contact *** received is them trying to cohere me into buying more meaningless products. From seeing the results this company is taking my money and not doing anything to show its a worthy investment . Again maps should improve if your paying for it and my maps has gotten much worse since they started. As of right now Im at number **************************************************************************************** Again Im not happy and I want full refund of every payment paid because they did not do the job they contracted me for . And I want to end the agreement because it is not beneficial . Again I have no clue what youre doing to strengthen me . Maps are simple but Im literally raising in the 30s or close to 30 . I am not getting what Im paying for . I want full refund and cancellation.

    Upon extensive review we have concluded a resolution that we find reasonable terms due to the successful work completed on the account. The resolution in place does not reflect Apex Media is agreeing with the statements or claims of unsuccessful work but to address the claims of not agreeing to the package outlined and the customer service aspects outlined. During the enrollment the area of ****** was highlighted as a major concern prior to any work being completed by ****. As disclosed multiple companies had been unsuccessful in assisting and providing results expected with the account. For educational purposes it is factual information that a ****** business profiles' interactions suffer due to any suspension placed by ******. Typically the ranking can return to the prior state but there are cases in which it does not and a lower ranking does occur. Especially a hard suspension with no public information being found for a period of time. With that being said we do everything we can to obtain the expected results and expedite the process for growth and connectivity. We also do the upmost to assist with any clients who experience a suspension or verification process with ****** whether it occurs prior to enrollment, during, or even after parting ways with us.

    In this case suspension by ****** was lifted in September the assigned account manager provided a timeline of improvement which was met with disagreement. We are in no position to be held liable for the regulations and guidelines required by ****** itself or the impact of the competition in the service area especially following a suspension. Nor are we in control of how ****** indexes information. In this case we are definitely not responsible as our manager access was not reinstated until late September of this year. What we are responsible for is ensuring we provide our expertise, resources, and assistance to build the profile up as much as possible once it does become forward facing along with other areas we manage that are included within the package. The other successful work completed by Apex whether the profile is live or not does impact positively for the online presence and there has been no clear cut understanding of what that entails. We concluded this based on the prior responses within the complaint and review of interactions before the complaint was left against us. This is also accessible as the dashboard invitation was provided on numerous occasions throughout the account being active with us here at Apex. This can be provided again if necessary.

    To address the aspect of additional products that were offered for more funds and a reflection of "bad business practices". These were not a requirement and were offered as a resolution to address the concerns being expressed. These additional products are offered for a reason to all our clients that are enrolled into this package. It is not bad business to be able to offer add on's that can be added or removed at anytime when it comes to building up the online presence. As a company we have expanded on products available to be able to have our own cutting edge in the marketing industry and align with needs of clients can vary in status for their online presence. The information regarding the suspension was relayed and it was advised it would take time to increase the performance in that specific area we were met with disagreement and provided an alternate option other than the timeline given. We will not be held responsible for an area that we are unable to take responsibility for and if you read through complaints or negative reviews received you will see similar occurrences where even if the information is relayed properly we are still in a position of blame or claims of neglect just as we are in this circumstance. 

    A full refund would not be approved. The package is structured to complete publication for the business that are relevant the major search engines, the voice search platforms, and overall visibility for the online presence and management of it. All work completed upon the account since the enrollment has been successfully rendered.. To reiterate the resolution was put into place to address customer service concerns and ensure we are making it clear we wish to continue on a positive note or part ways on a positive note. Please relay how we can be of further assistance with this matter or provide any further clarity regarding the services received.

    I was solicited by apex media solutions. As they promised to get leads on customers that was a failure. I feel like they were just stealing my money. I ask my customers where they found me and that was from ******. I pay for ****** services as well. The original price as I was told was supposed to be ****** flat fee then ***** a month> as you see that's not the case, they just charge me what they wanted and whenever they wanted. I just found this out. I have asked them to stop billing me and cancel and refund. I always got the run around. Finally, I got it canceled> But I would like a refund for services that where not useful and just taking money from my account also causing overdraft fees. They would also call and want to add on this or add on that and ask you to pay more money for the same service they offered me the first time. This place is a scam!

    On August 19, 2025, Apex Media Solutions pressured me into purchasing a voice optimization service for $219, which I did not want or fully understand. The next day, on August 20, I was told my account was 0% optimized and pressured again into paying $498 for another service that I could not afford.Despite agreeing only to a $200/month payment plan, **** made additional unauthorized charges of $19.99 on September 19 and $199 on September 22. I made it clear multiple times that I had just started my business and did not want or could not afford these services, yet I was continually pressured into payments.This has put me in financial hardship, and I feel their practices were misleading and predatory. I am requesting cancellation of all services and a full refund of all charges.

    I paid the company $150 thinning they were getting me onto a business platform for people to find my small business using Siri. They kept me on the phone an hour trying to get me to buy a subscription and I told them no MULTIPLE times and they then started threatening my child and saying inappropriate things about failing my child and business

    Apex Media Solutions contacted us with promises of generation of leads for HVAC business within 30 days. We agreed and paid the $219.98 initiation fee on September 15th 2025. On September 17th 2025 we had a virtual meeting with their digital marketing representative ***** *. Who went over the basis of what their services provide and after this meeting we found that the services provided were not what was presented initially through the first outreach phone call and the services were actually not what we were looking for and we decided that we wanted to cancel with them. ***** became very defensive and argumentative and kept talking around in circles about why we didn't want it now and it would only be a little bit more money for enhanced services. After a complete runaround with ***** virtually he told us in order to cancel we have to contact customer service and ended the virtual call. Immediately after I spoke with someone in their billing customer service department team and he also gave us a runaround and said we were not cooperating by giving him no reason of why we wanted to cancel even though I verely clearly informed him that we wanted to cancel because the servicees were not what we were looking for. Again this representative spoken circles became aggressive and then abruptly ended the phone call. I tried to call back numerous times throughout the day and no one answers the phone now. So my account was never closed there was never any finalization with that. I have sent an email to both the email address for ***** and their marketing department as a notice of cancellation. I have documented the phone calls made today as well as recorded the phone call that I had with the representative through their billing department. I would like a resolution of a refund for the $219.98 with an email outlining our cancellation terms and I wish to no longer be contacted by anyone in this company as they are very skilled in speaking in circles, and not communicating clearly

    I am rejecting this response because: The request for cancellation has not been completed. I received one email stating a supervisor would call me as well as been told by your customer service team that is supervisor would call me but I have received no such call yet. I am unclear why a supervisor needs to speak with me in order to close my account so I don't incur any further charges when your website and your digital marketing representative told me that it was quick and easy to cancel via customer service at any time. However anytime I speak with a customer service representative I get continually asked why I'm canceling even though I give a perfectly reasonable response of I no longer wish to use the services they continue asking me well why not well why not well why not well why not and then eventually ending the phone call without reason. This business is a complete scam and the way that they give you a runaround, it is just baffling that they can still be in business. We have also filed a report against this company with the state attorney general and the ***, they should be shut down. When my account is canceled I would like an email or a letter stating the cancellation terms.
