      Our records show that you enrolled as an IT WORKS! Perks Member. Your initial enrollment order shows Enrolled with Subscription. The only one-time order we have is for Retail accounts, where you pay the full retail price. You opted for the 3-month subscription, which entitles you to Perks members pricing rather than retail pricing.

      I wasn't informed that I was under a "contract" to buy additional Flat capsules. I'm disappointed in the deception of this business to keep it's customers in a situation where they HAVE to continue getting a product that can cause adverse reactions. I myself have experienced diarrhea and extreme flatulence. Not something I anticipated from this product.

      I was an It Works rep for a few months. Once I cancelled, I removed my card information and everything. Somehow, I’m still getting charged $20 a month and when I called It Works to ask for a refund, they said it wasn’t showing up on their side so I have a bank statement to prove it. I couldn’t find the customer service email for ItWorks either. I’ll happily send the statement to whoever I need to, I just want my money back and to stop getting charged every month. I WANT OUT.

      Regarding the $20 eSuite fee, customer service has already processed a refund on August 27th.


      Also, upon further review, we found that the credit card associated with your account was used in your husband, *******************************. It appears that there were no previous requests to cancel either ******'s account or the eSuite monthly membership. We have now canceled the account and processed refunds for July and ******* totaling $40.

      This company is bad with not canceling after you tell them to and not refunding back money after you told them that none of their products have been used or open at all! They keep trying to charger my card when I told them not to! They claim a manager will get back to you and they never do! I want my money back asap and they can have their product

      Don’t buy into this stuff! I ordered through a rep and got my first order which was the Skny and tfxx. I asked a ton of questions, but one wasn’t if I could cancel at any time. So she didn’t mention that I have to keep the subscription for 3 months or I have to pay $19 membership fee in order to cancel. Well I was just charged the $45 for the second order, and there’s no Skny gummies on there just the tfxx. I went to cancel because it’s not working for one and the underhanded marketing is terrible, and had to pay $19 which I think is crazy. Especially when you order one thing first and the second order is different. Needless to say I’ve spent a lot of money on this stuff and it hasn’t worked and I feel like I’ve been lied to. Do not recommend.

      I ordered the gummys as I wanted to try them and see if they worked. I thought I was just doing one order. I did not know this was a subscription for 90 days. They should make this clear when you are ordering. I tried to stop the subscription, but when I went to the webpage it was blank. So I went in and changed the number of my credit card so the credit card couldn't be charged. They went back and changed it back to the original number. When I called them complaining because they were sending me another order, it cost $19 to cancel the subscription. I don't feel this is right. They should make it clear that you are buying for three months!!

      I ordered the 30DD to try to help with some weight loss after giving birth, I didn't expect miracles but a couple pounds would have made me happy at the end game. I was contacted by a rep that wasn't my own asking how I was getting along with the product, any questions etc. I told her that I was actually gaining weight while using the product and I found it really hard to eat so much (I usually eat once a day). Immediately she went to drink less water and stop taking the ***** I was in no way cutting out any water as I am go go go and have been checked by my doctor and my water consumption is fine. She would not accept that the weight gain could be from the added meals and struggling to eat them for a couple weeks, she kept on going. I contacted my rep and said I was cancelling my 3 month subscription because someone representing the company was just not listening and pushing in another direction, my rep concluded that the very new rep should not have contacted me. When I first ordered my 30DD I also ordered the two day cleanse, I took it just a couple weeks ago, now while I felt better after using it and had just over 4 lbs of weight loss I can't account for those being actual results as I ate out for dinners the two nights before (which I never do, I'm a very healthy eater) so I had bloat and extra weight. After the cleanse I knew full results wouldn't be in effect right away so I continued my regular diet of eating healthy and water and gained back 2.7 lbs, so I really can't account for this product working as well. I understand that the products work for some people, however I just wasn't one of them.

      This is the second month on a row that I have purchased an item and not received Last month it was resent , this month Im getting the run around but yall were quick enough to charge my card the $59.73 , This item is SLMR , Ive ordered other items and always delivered except for this product Says shipped July 29 and for past 2 weeks have been getting texts will be delivered today by 7 pm and each day says the next day by 7pm Ridiculous you just lost a customer

      I fell for this scam and should have known better when the representative didn't disclose the name of your company and she did not disclose the order required a 90 day subscription. I feel that was false representation. I placed the order for the 30 day drop which was all I wanted - 30 days not a commitment to 90 days. Your company charged my card as soon as the order went through. The site disclaimer if there is one is not clearly displayed which again in my opinion is false representation. I placed this order yesterday and I chose to cancel it this morning and was charged another $34.99 to do that. Misrepresentation on behalf of your representative as well as the company and had I researched further I certainly would not have spent $150.83 for the product. Please remove all my personal information from your customer list. Customer ********
