      Upon taking my call, I clearly explained the purpose of my call... cancellation issue. The representative then asked me what he could do for me...after I had just stated my reasoning. He then responded very "short & rudely", I only handle new reservations & as I preceded to respond, he spoke over me & stated that I would need to contact customer service because he has nothing to do with that. A customer simply asking for assistance should NEVER be spoken to in that tone or manner. ********* ****** should not be the front line person representing on behalf of the ***********. My family and I have ALWAYS enjoyed our stays but dealing with employees such as ********* could deter myself as well as others in future bookings.-***** *******

      He booked the wrong date when we wanted to extend our stay. The day he booked was before our confirmed time. We then had to go through a long process to cancel the wrong day. What should have been a five minute reservation process took another 35 minutes to correct the reservation with another agent.

      I phoned to book from ****** ******* to a Holiday InnExpress in *********** *******. The phone number had 705, a ***********, area code. I spoke personally to ***** ****. The email bill arrived in US dollars which no one mentioned and the cancellation insurance that I purchased apparently does everything except allow you to cancel without a fee. I tried to file a complaint with someone who is . in ********This booking system is very dishonest. Beware!

      My wife booked a 3 night stay at a hotel in ******* OR. She canceled 1 night from the reservation and was refunded her money promptly. She then ended up canceling the other 2 nights of the reservation. It has been weeks of getting run around with different excuses why she hasnt gotten her money back. Do not recommend Reservations.com If you need to make a reservation, book it directly with the hotel, youre planning on staying at. ******** customer service. A company that gets your money and then makes you go through heck to get it back. We work hard for our money and will persist with this company until we get our money back. Dont use this company!!!
