      Original hotel I wanted was totally booked. Quickly offered to find me another hotel room nearby. Process was easy and she was very polite and helpful.

      Gio was exellente! Friendly and professional and took my reservation quickly and assisted in transferring me to another Hampton inn to make other changes

      I would leave ZERO stars of if I could. First off, you think youre booking with the actual hotel and you are NOT! I was told no additional fees. That was a LIE!!! I was told no cancellation fee. That was a LIE. In fact, my reservation is 100% NONREFUNDABLE. I called back and they say the escalation team will have to review the call. You cannot talk to anyone other than the reservation desk. They are very good at deception! BEWARE!!!! Im going to say there is a very good reason they are NOT BBB accredited!

      ****** was very clear and concise in his description of the room and the rates. He was able to locate a room at a decent price. He asked if I had **** and the discount was applied. I enjoyed talking with him and he deserves a raise for being understanding after I shared why I needed the room. I will ask for him in the future should I return to ******.
