      I did not intentionaly order the reservation support. Julies room confirmation said $12.61 so i decided no big deal then i get a $129 charge. Ive been trying to cancel that **** thing but nobody at your end or theirs will respond to my attempts. I will not pay for that and if i dont get action by monday ill cancel the reservation completely

      Not sure if the person I talked to was AI or not. Didn't seem like a real person quoted me one price for a week taxes included and then charged my bank account another $100 on top of that. So yeah, not happy

      ***** was great! Super helpful. I called to surprise my boa and, yard our rewards account is u see my husbands name. ***** was very helpful and made sure that the confirmation email and text and other information was sent to me and not my husbands information. Excellent customer service.
