      On 7/30/22, I purchased a plan for $199+tax. It was for unlimited talk & text for 365 days. On 10/31/22, I could not complete a call. When I logged into my account it said I had no talk minutes left. I called Tracfone. They told me that the plan I purchased was $199+tax for **** talk minutes. When you select the plan you want, it's for a totally different plan on there end. They will do absolutely nothing on their end to fix it. So, they are getting away with false advertising.

      ******* galaxy A53 5G smartphone advertised for $259.99 on website sold to me for $279.99 plus tax. No matter who I spoke to they could not resolve thus overcharge, nor cancel my order which I had placed 3 hrs. ago.

      OMG Tracfone is evil! I am dealing with recent death of a parent and a siblings severe medical issues I have had issues with the tracfone phone and account and I wanted to be done with Tracfone. I have been trying to port my Tracfone number to my new phone for over 20 days. Tracfone would not assist me kindly, they hung up on me, they hung up on the conference call with Lively and Tracfone. They consistently tried to make it very hard for me to leave their company. I will never recommend them and I will do everything in my power to tell everyone what a terrible company they are. They just want your money and they have no heart.

      POOR customer service. Long time ********************** customer, always purchased phones from them. About 5 years ago my son gave me his old iphone 6. as advertised on Tracfone web site, bring your own phone. Called Tracfone and was sent a SIM card. Install SIM card called and phone was activated. No complaints. Now I got a used iPhone 11, Called as before, Paid for and was sent new SIM card. Called to activate and they had problems activating it (agent name was ***** ) I was on the phone for 1 hr and 20 minites to find out they sent me the wrong SIM card. This was on a Thursday. It was Tuesday before I received the next SIM card. Called to activate, was on phone for over 30 min. to be told they needed more time. They called me 2 hr later. I talked to a agent named ******, she went through the activating thing again and then told me that my iPhone 11 could not work with Tracfone that I had to purchase a new phone from them. I then asked if they could just reactivate my iPhone 6 that i have been using for years. They said they could not do that since they moved my phone number to the iPhone 11 the could not move it back, I have 8 months left on my plan, so I asked for a refund on the remaining time on plan, NO they said. So now I'm without a phone unless I purchase one from them or loose my remaining minutes and mg's and go with another carrier. ****** was very ruid and did not have any regards for my situation. When I asked to speak to someone above her she told me she was at the top and I could not talk to anyone else.

      They sell faulty cards that scratch off pin numbers n than won't help with anything but keep money for the faulty cards that can't be scratched off correctly to give u numbers that aren't there than give a two day run around on card or refund ...how are you able to keep all theese people money for a service not provided for? How do u get away with keeping people's money n not providing a service to them for what they have paid for unacceptable

      **************** is useless and only represents a waste of time. Simply trying to access my account to review my credit card information and stop the auto renew was a frustrating experience and did not end with the successfully ending the auto renewal. The customer service representative I spoke with asked the same questions continuously. She was not able to successfully send me an email to confirm the auto renew feature had been disabled. I have documented the call and will provide my ******************* with that information if a auto renew fee is charged to my CC and it becomes necessary to dispute the renewal charge.Any mobile phone service company would be better than tracfone. The mandatory star rating of 1 star is too good for tracfone.

      AWFUL. 3G phone became obsolete so had to buy a new one. Was unable to activate in store and after several attempts at calling, they were also unable to activate the phone. It would not receive or send calls or texts. After a couple months, I requested the port the number out to another company and they REFUSED, saying because the line was deactivated, it was unable to be ported out and they TOLD ME I should have ported it out when it was activated, which is total ******** they couldn't activate their OWN PHONE for me.Apparently, they used to be good when they had local reps in Target who could help you. But, I'm sure to save money, they removed them and now the company is completely helpless.

      The phone it's self isn't bad, but got so old that they no longer supported it. When I went to customer service for my replacement phone, they tried to send me a text which did not come through, then sent me an email which also did not come through. Then asked for father's middle name, which they told me was wrong. then asked for the last 4 of credit card, which they told me was wrong. Then asked for the last 4 of the 2 most often called numbers from the phone, which they told me were wrong. I was then told that I needed to gather the correct information and call them back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to gather the correct information and call back. That's where the script got stuck. I asked repeatedly if the rep was sure she was looking at the correct account ... "gather the correct information and call back"! Between my husband and myself we have spent at least 5 hours on this. Still have 70 days on my contract and hundreds of minutes!
