      The service I received from a tracfone representative was absolutely unacceptable. I would never ever refer anybody to ever apply for this service.

      I ordered a phone on line. I live in a very rural area and could get no service. They claim a 30 day return but I tried numerous attempts to get a return address - on-line, at the ******* store and by phone - where they actually laughed at me - and they would not disclose it.They then duplicated my order and sent a second phone. I refused delivery and the phone was never in my possession. They contesting my credit card dispute for a phone I have never touched. My credit card company say they have numerous disputes about Straighttalk/TracFone.

      TracFone is the absolute worst wireless company I have ever dealt with. We have called multiple times to get an update on our replacement phone only to be told it is on backorder. The next time we call they say it has been shipped. They never shipped the phone as the time after we were told that they again said it is on backorder. These people are liars and have the worst customer service ever. I would rather pay more with another carrier than use this company again. I filed with the *** to help resolve the matter.

      I have had no issues for the 3 years I had service with them. Until the past 3 months I have not been able to use text messaging as a part of my phone service. I made sure it was not my phone giving the issue initially. The employees assured me they saw the issue apologized and said they would troubleshoot it. This cycle went on for 3 months, For 3 months I was unable to text m family and friends on the plan. After 1 month I decided to cut ties and took asked that my card be removed from autopay. They assured me that it had been removed, yet the next month and the month after that it drafted out of my account and a refund had to be issued, during this 3 months of calling i have experienced call reps SLEEPING and SNORING during my call (which I recorded). Also the employees would not transfer my call to management or a supervisor until I became aggressive with my tone of voice. Once connected to management I assured him that there was yet ANOTHER attempt to take the money out of my out today and that I am very irritated because I have been paying for unlimited talk, text, and internet. yet, have not been able to text or get the autopayments turned off of my account. I have to move my money to a different card so they wouldn't take it. He told me there's nothing he could do. Told me there was no email to email. I would have loved to stay a customer after 3 years but literally there was no way to receive help after I had been wrong consecutively for 3 months. To this moment I cant text my friends and family , they cant text me and I am constantly being automatically charge for services I am not receiving.--

      All of a sudden my pin for my voice mail didn't work was on the phone with customer support for 3 hrs and it still doesn't work. I asked to be connected to a supervisor and 3 times they cut me off. You can tell they are reading from a script. A girl named ***** tricked me into doing a survey and giving her a perfect score. She texted me questions regarding the service and told me to to put yes for all the answers. I told her the answer is no. She said I have to put yes to get the problem resolved. I put yes for everything then she hung up on me. She got a perfect score and I still can't access my voice mail. I'm writing a letter to corporate and will continue writing till I get a response

      I use your ********************* for many years. Now, it is time to transfer my family mobile service to the other provider becasue your terrible customer service. I called month again that I could not use wi-fi calling. Your staff told me my SIM card is old. He helped me to request a new SIM card and send to my house. I have never received it. I called back today and your staff told me the shipment was sent out but the shipment was refused on 10/28/2022. It was a lie. No one was home on 10/28/2022. How could we refuse the shipment? Also, there was no *** shipping envelope in from of my house. Right now, your shipment department told me that I have paid for a new SIM card beacuse *** made a mistake to deliver a wrong shipping address and got refused. It is very ridiculous.

      Terrible experience with tracfone. Bought ******* tracfone in March 2022. 2 months ago problem with phone. Was told to send phone back for replacement. Have not gotten replacement yet. Lots of calls and on hold for hours. I am out of a phone. No one can help me. I even asked to have my defective phone returned to me. Problem still not resolved.

      Absolutely ridiculous. I currently have their service and not have been able to use it in three days because of an issue with my service after installing a SIM CARD THAT I RECEIVED FROM THEM DUE TO THE ******* ACQUISITION.I tried speaking to a CSR numerous times and none of it has helped. I should have just went to ******** and will after this is fixed so I can get back into my apps

      Tracfone is the worst company out there. I transferred my phone number to another carrier and now Tracfone will not give me a refund for my yearly contract renewal. They are stealing over $100 from me and now will not let me talk to anyone that can make a refund this happen. Not sure where to go from here. Please be very careful when and if you do any dealing with Tracfone.

      RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use Tracfone! Horrible customer service! Horrible! Paid in full for one year. Phone broke. Returned my phone. Never got another phone. Got the run around over and over and over again for just about 2 months now. They don't know anything and just read answers from the same script. They transfer and end up hanging up on you. Prepare to waste HOURS every time you call. I'd rather use a beeper than this company! I HATE TRACFONE!
