      Absolutely horrible customer service. First of all its hard to understand them and they are complete idiots. Spent a total of 6 + hours over 2 days to resolve an issue. First representative had me do a wipe and reset. The phone ended up locked. Second phone bought but they still couldnt activate it with spending hours of complete incompetence. Issue never resolved. This company has absolutely the worst customer service.

      I am very disappointed with TracFone's online services and technical support. I wanted to use my own phone and I asked the support how this can be done. They told me to purchase the *** card from their website, and I did. When I received the card, I contacted the tech support to activate it. Another tech support agent took the information and informed me that I have an old *** card that cannot be used and that I need to purchase a new one. I explained to them that I had been advised by one of their tech support agents and had just purchased it from their website, so how could it be old? They didn't want to listen to my explanations, just kept repeating that I need to purchase a new *** card from a ******* or any other retail store where *** cards are sold. I asked for a supervisor, but they said it's not possible. They also said that they cannot send me a new *** card and cannot issue a refund. After thirty minutes of useless conversation, I stopped the chat. I think it is very unprofessional to sell something that cannot be used and not to offer a refund for a defective product that they sell. I advise customers to avoid this website and the company altogether.

      Refuse to leave and stars. Tracfone, I have had nothing but the worse service , dropped calls every time I am able to get a call, but hardly able to get most calls. I have contacted them for three months now, asking them to check connecting in the area, as it is not just my service but others as well, however I am left calling them, three to four times a week now, I cant even get Emergency calls, or make a call to a Doctor or any one, where It does not drop the call every 4 minutes. In this area i am limited enough to even have service now the only service i was getting is gone. No customer should be treated this way. I am not left with no help, Nothing. I am contacting the *********** if the address they put online is correct and contacting the ***. as we all know what once ******* took over tracfone the service when to nothing. I pray no one else has to deal with we trials that they have put me through and i pray i get something, I am 10 miles to nearest town. We will see if i get any where with the *** or home office.

      Tried to purchase a phone off their website and paid for the extra expedited shipping and never received the phone. They then proceeded to lie a saying that my transaction was approved and then lied and said that the phone was out of stock and even called to give them the information and kept saying that there was no tracking when i had all paperwork, tracking, etc. I also was treated unfairly and i still to this day dont have my money back and they told in put themselves to cancel my order without my

      They refuse to provide a connivence way to cancel order or return order. I make duplicate order online by accidentally due credit card fraud detection and block payment. However, I can't cancel order and have to receive package. The first customer representative told me I simply return package to UPS and no need to create return label, however the UPS re-deliver package to me again. The second customer representative via online chat doesn't process return online but give me phone callback. The phone callback transfer to refund department, but I am waiting 50 mins and no one answer. I am going to dispute with my credit card due the business have no way to return.

      One star is way too much, purchased a phone on their website and was charged but never recieved the phone after waiting 2 weeks, customer service was horrible and frustrating. Til this day they are still not cooperating. These phones are terrible, never again smdh.

      Tracfone Wireless rripped me off paid for 3 phones finally after the third phone I got it. Paid for service was asked to prepay ok I did. Phone was turned off. And tracfone wants more money I am not paying twice nope. I am treated like Im stupid here. HELP ME ?

      After multiple attempts to get customer support to fix my connection problems, one representative transferred me to a "higher department." That was an hour ago, and I'm still listening to obnoxious jazz music and a recording that promises that someone will be with me shortly. 2 hours now.......I've been with Tracfone for many years and been satisfied with the service. Not now.Their phone people are now incompetent and waste your time because their systems have become corrupted, hacked, or China syndromed. ATT is likewise awful. Compared to electricity, my phone bills are outrageous and my service is poor to non-existent. Tracfone and many other corporations outsourced factories and jobs to 3rd world countries and treat customers like dirt.

      I used to have good service with my 2 old Trac phones and the old Trac cards. Then my phone died and I purchased a new one. Had the data transferred from my old phone. It took 2 2hr calls to cust serve to activate. Technician could not speak clearly. Contacted chat. They expected me to remove my own SIM card. I had never done that. And they were not patient in explaining that to me. I have never removed a SIM card. These people are idiots. I am changing to a new phone and company.

      I bought a TFW iphone through ******* along with the *** card. When I tried activating the phone with TracFone, they stated it couldn't be activated because the **** was invalid. When I contacted support, they stated the phone was locked and they couldn't activate it. Despite the fact that it is locked to TracFone so the **** was never registered in their system. I requested to speak to a manager and the *** refused saying she was properly trained and kept advising me to go back to ******* to unlock the phone. ******* doesn't unlock phones and the phone is locked to THEIR network. Finally, she gave me the # to their department that deals with unlocking phones but it was like pulling teeth and still I was not able to get it resolved.
