      Have only had the service for 1 month. Had to call several times to get it set up correctly waiting on the phone sometimes 2 hours at a time and was hung up on once. Three ***s had told me that his old phone number was set up for this new service. Had to call back a fourth time and was told the old phone number was never set up so I told the *** to just give him a new one. For the first payment after setup I called to make the payment and asked the *** to set it up on autopay for the future. She said she processed the payment for this month and set up autopay. Call back a couple days later to make sure his service was paid for and found that it was just set up on autopay and the ptevious *** did not process a payment. The *** today had to cancel the autopay that was set up a couple days ago. to process a payment, so service would not be interrupted. She also told me the autopay was not dependable. Sometimed it worked, sometime it didn't. On their website, they urge their customers to go with autopay at a discounted price. Why try to sell that if not dependable???

      I refuse to give any stars TracFone changed my plan without my authorization when I realized that they changed my plan without my knowledge I call to be reimbursed for the 3 months they tell me there is nothing that they can do about it TRACFONE IS RIPPING CUSTOMERS OF WITH THERE DECITFUL WAYS OF CHANGING CUSTOMERS PLANS WITHOUT THEM KNOWING THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IF YOU GUYS ARE THINKING ABOUT TRACFONE AS A CARRIER DON'T DO IT THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST I HATE THAT I HAD TO RATE THEM WITH ONE STAR IUUGH

      I found their automated service TERRIBLE and live **** not a whole lot better ALMOST made me go back to Tmobile

      They scam you. The order summary at the end is not accurate. They lie and added an addition $5 to my charge and said "too bad, so sad"

      October 1 I activated a new phone. The first time I tried to add another airtime pin to extend my service,and it took a call toTracFone to get it to work, instead of the way it was on the card. Then on Nov 12 I have no service. After a 1.5 hour call, the "customer service" ****** said I needed a new Sim card, which she said she'll send at no cost because it isn't my fault I need a new one. It arrived today. I've spent over 1.5 hours trying to get this to work and the 3rd ****** I've talked to still can't make it work.

      BOYCOTT ********************************* FIND ANY OTHER SERVICE! Tracfone was purchased by ******* with the takeover completed this year, based on what I was told by a call center Tracfone *********** over ten years of being a Tracfone customer, paying for minutes vs. a plan I get an SOS where I should have bars for service. No service. This happens a couple days after adding minutes, that was 2/wks ago and continues. The first call to Tracfone they didnt explained why but I suddenly needed a new *** card that Id have to buy then call them back to get my phone working. Now after several calls with TRACFONE **** HANGING UP 3 Times, I did get a lady who explained the *** card issue, but as a Tracfone customer why do I have to buy a new *** card when they are the ones who sold out to *******. Shouldnt Tracfone or ******* be providing the *** card to keep their customers?

      Every month my data get wiped out and every time I call I get different story about why this is happening. They never fix the problem and don't know what the neck they are doing. And another thing my service end date never matches what they have.

      **************** is a joke. Unprofessional and can't get anything done. I had to sit through an hour-long phone call to get a refund for service that was loaded onto a SIM card that they had deactivated, and I still haven't received that refund despite the agent assuring me that I had been. I also waited 45 minutes past a scheduled time for a callback from a manager that I never received before giving up and calling customer care back. Their service is spotty and frequently goes out. S**** StraightTalk. No longer affordable, and customer care is useless. I'm switching to Visible.

      I was satisfied with service until the last 6 months or so. Now EVERY MONTH, My bill due date is wrong. I work using my phone, so this is causing me financial problems. My bill due date not being accurate has caused me to lose money and be unable to pay for my service which blocks me from making money. I have dealt with this for 6 months and even complained to support agents. Yet the problem still occurs. My due dat in example. If it was due on the 31st. I have till midnight on the 31st to pay the bill. Well. Now its happening a day earlier than previously. Like now. My bill is due on the 29th, which is today. Yet my phone was shut off last night instead of tonight. Leading to me not being able to work, which I get paid daily, so this causes massive problems for me financially. I didnt have problems till this started occurring. *** struggling to pay bills already, this is a big deal. So thats why I am writing this review and filing a complaint.

      Every other month Tracfone wipes out my Data usually 6 or 9 ***** so mad at this scam. Someone should make them responsible!!!
